Anne and I take a walk down Fields Avenue in Angeles City to show what's new and old. Why is Margarita Station still open when they were supposed to move to a different location back in April? I explain what I heard and the new date they are shooting for. Take a closer look at the shops and food along Fields Avenue and tour a Hotel and rooftop restaurant with us.
We stop in at 950 Condotel to check out hotel rates and then we visit Tugs Restobar on the rooftop of JJ's Supermart. This hotel and restaurant is located 3 blocks from Walking Street and is a prime spot in the Heart of the Entertainment District. 950 Condotel offers competitive rates and has a small fitness area for its guests to utilize, it is also located on top of JJ's Supermart which is open 24 hours a day in case you forgot or need anything. Tugs Restobar has outdoor dining as well as indoor Air Conditioned seating if you'd like to escape the heat. I was pleasantly surprised by this rooftop restaurant and will be back to check it out when they are open some day.
Come along with Anne and I as we venture down Fields Avenue a very busy street in the heart of the entertainment district of Angeles City...

ya know the Filipinos swear by it, that shrimp paste is the way to go on mango and i dont see it, it’s totally wrong in so many ways 😳😬 i’m glad you agree 😁
and as for the slippers.. there again 😳🤔 it’s a simpler way of life, at least Anne doesnt wear pajamas out in public like so many do here 😬

I recommend you have breakfast at the top and see the view of workers being bused though the terminal. My friend owns this place I can arrange a viewing of the rooms . We stayed there last November.
she let us know they were full but i think ive heard that before 🤷 it would be nice to see the rooms eventually if can pass the word 👍 we will try the food

Bagoong with green mangos so good grew up eating that at my province when I was a child and continued eating it in SoCal. Headed to the Philippines in Sept staying in Makati for 2 weeks hanging out with cousins. Last time I was home was in 2019.
I've never had green mangos with shrip paste, but a friend who works at Kandi made some pickled mango before. OMG Masrap!!!!!!

Same here and it was fun. Now its just not the same. Spend a month there last year and felt like a total loser. Hits different when you’re older. Also, the people have become hostile and nasty.

What’s Angeles and pattaya gonna be like when they’re inundated with Vloggers and blasting your face all over their social media? I can’t see how much people will want to go now that it’s like that. Also, you can just sit in your room, go on tinder and get a date like that. It’s so easy. You don’t have to worry about anything from the Vloggers.

I stayed there 10 times 2007 -2014. They remodeled after that, made all the rooms non-smoking so it didn't work for me anymore. Ate at the restaurant many times. Back then a small breakfast was included with the room, not sure if they still do that.
