We had a man who apparently had an apartment and money but wanted to live on the street :/ When I ended up on the street for a while I really wondered how crazy that guy had to be to make that choice. I understand living off grid in the woods or something but not homeless in the city streets.
I've been a fan of his since I was a kid and he's so much better now and has the views to back it up. Complete success story. This was the best set of his I ever heard. "What you got in there? Science?" Dude I melted.

I'm renting out a 3 bedroom with barn, 4 car garage, and matching sheds. On ten acres of land out in the middle of the country and less than a mile from a good boating lake. The rate is 800 a month. I'm on the lower end but still I'm right in the average for rentals around my area. But that's because the "decent" blue collar jobs around here are plastic factories that pay about 12 an hour or less.
