I went total asshole on a cop and surprised he took my shit but he deserved it. Late February waiting for a bus around 12 am. Cold tired and have my eyes closed. A cop pulls up and hits me with spot light. After eyes adjusted looked at him in the face shook my head no and turned my back to him. On go the lights and he gets out of car. Approached me I told you to come over to car. Sorry officer I did not hear that which was the honest truth. Did he accept apology and move on ?? Hell no! I TOLD YOU TO COME OVER TO CAR. So asked him if I was a fucking dog and he wanted to know why I was hostile. Went on a rant about a shit day and made reference to him being a lazy fucking jerk off. He ended up checking my ID . He handed back without a word and gone ! That was the 2nd of 5 random stops. Not bad for a guy who had passed a federal background check and enjoy being a nobody! Definitely kept attitude to myself for stop 4! Annoyed the shit out of him by being overly polite !!

I loved the stunned silence after the auditor replied, “ Is your mom on parole?” Most government officials, even non police are used to absolute obedience and compliance.
They’re used to people they can intimidate, bootlickers and people who don’t know their rights. They get away with it so often, they’re genuinely shocked when people stand up to them.
It's the best tactic to use for a stop like that. Police like to use their power of authority to try and lure you into what they call a consensual stop. That's when they simply approach you and start talking and asking specific questions to try and make you seem suspicious so they can then turn it into a detainment while they investigate this suspicion that they themselves just created. If a cop approaches you and doesn't say you're detained, just do not interact with them at all.
