    Skyscrapers are not the infrastructure we need. We need affordable housing & maybe compulsory military service to fix our society. We can't just be groovists, drunks & rapists with digital telescopes. There are no big bootys in space. 🤦🏿‍♂️

    The problem with our country is we wait for other countries to follow. We're slow to take initiative when it comes to sustainable development projects. A Country with literally everything needed to host a sustainable society, we have the biggest carbon footprint on the continent. And then there's of course the issue of corruption. I hope we can change the culture and move towards being self- sufficient and sustainable in the near future

    Just wishing that these projects are not gripped by theft and corruption especially the Umzimvunu project. The corruption in that province is at shocking levels!

    South Africa can lead all Africa without any Chinese help! South Africa have technology in everything to build all Africa and expand their business everywhere in Africa and be the richest nation in Africa

      The problem is their mindset, a lot of hate towards other Africans. This has greatly impacted South Africa's image in Africa. Africans are resentful of SAns, and most prefer working with China, Europe, or Russia. In 50 years, which is very short in the history of nations, a lot of African countries would have surpassed SA. Nigeria, Ethiopia, Algeria, Morocco, the DRC, Kenya, Tanzania, and maybe Ghana and Angola.

      @@bahamadou7712 There will be no African Country which will overtake South Africa. You need to make peace with the fact that South Africa will always be ahead of everyone 🇿🇦 🇿🇦 🇿🇦

      @nthapetlala7822 How many African countries have you been to? Have you been tracking African growth?
      I am South africa educated and proud of it, but my point is that South Africa has failed to seize the African opportunity." The chinese and Europeans, to some extent, are doing it very well. Already Nigeria and Egypt have bigger GDPs.

    • @nthapetlala7822
      @nthapetlala7822 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@bahamadou7712 No, you are wrong! Nigeria and Egypt's GDP's are not bigger than that of South Africa. South Africa has the biggest GDP in the African Continent. Please go do some research to enlighten yourself! Don't you think that Africans must remain in their own countries and stop coming to South Africa? 😂😂😂

      @nthapetlala7822 I think the countries that attract the most foreigners will always be ahead of the rest. Don't worry about foreigners living in SA. Most of them are living hopeless lives except for maybe a few educated minority from Southern Africa. South African have already very reputations in Africa. They hate other Africans, and South Africa is mostly attracting Southern Africans. Give any name of a person or of a foreign owned business in SA that is listed in the stock exchange. Or any musician, soccer player, or entertainer from the rest of Africa living in SA.

    Something is very interesting in Africa because we can look at thee modern world and see their flaws while Africa has semi permanent infrastructure which can be erased and new modern..technology and environmentally structures can be used to enhance and influence african for the better.
    As a south african we are seeing such been built taking into account the people..the effects long time....environment ...and how we can use to such structure to grow our surroundings and country.

    That's what I'm talking about; but why are other African countries not doing or following the footsteps of South Africa? I've asked the question even though I know the answer, but I'm not going to explain right now because it's obvious!

    What south Africa could do is talking to all Africans rich men and leaders to put money together to build motorways to connect all Africans countries and to expand business and trading within Africans countries

      How will that happen when most African countries do not have our mindset of holding leaders accountable? South African politicians are corrupt but not at the scale of most African countries it is damn near impossible
