Unplanned shrinkage done incorrectly!🤦🏻
It should be unplanned/number of ppl rostered. If we take ur videos example, since planned leaves are 3 than the rostered ppl should be 22. So ur unplanned shrinkage would be 2/23*100=9.09%..
