Honestly makes sense, there seems to be some mysterious process and cost to making a motorcycle that can actually be registered. This process likely is responsible for the delays, and at least part of the increased cost. It always frustrated me that Onyx Motorbikes never bothered doing this for the RCR because it was extremely difficult (or impossible) to register it as a motorcycle since it didn't come with a title.
As we say in the UK there a shower of shit that could not run a piss up in a pub. Sold my S2 after 11 months 3500 miles due the battery only charging to 75% expected the drop having had several E-BOARDS over the years. did not expect NOT to be able to buy a replacment battery the EU warehouse didnt even list batteries as a part they stock not even listed on the site as out of stock / the shop i got it from the main E-BIKE retailer in London that stocks the good brands couldnt tell me when or even if they could get me 1 as contact with 73 was a crap shoot. 73 are just like Apple GRATE MARKETING for a sub par way over priced product.
It's getting to be a joke now. I don't wanna spend 10 k on a bike, and I don't want to pay insurance or road tax. I want to ride in bike parks and take shortcuts, and I've got no need to go 70mph. I can do that in my car, and I've seen cheaper and better electric motor bikes. If that's what I wanted, it makes no sense to me anymore it might pay off in the future, but most motorcyclists love the noise of the engine ❤
