Just WOW. I envy you 'coz at a young age you already know what you want and what industry you want to be in. And the consistency of it, it looks like everything was planned, no mistakes. Salute to your parents and to your hard work!
My story was totally different from you, not planned, many mistakes, leave with no choice, it was like a survival story. But, I thank God, because even though everything didn't go with the plan, I believe it's God's plan that was working. It's hard, yes, but the Lord is with me, with all of us. It's just that we all have a different stories to play.
To those who/s reading this, just play your role and reach the ending, do not play the role of others or steal their part. You will shine, just be patient, do your best and trust God's plan.

@@Aquariusmoon_lover logically it is possible but realistically as a person who has worked from home, you won't get a fulfilling experience unless you are ok with not meeting kpop idols or something. Just my opinion

@@juzloopz24 It's considered quite late here in my country, most of them usually finish their degrees by the age of 22 or some even earlier, and I just started my degree, but it's okay I guess everyone has their own pace :)

When I was first brought into your world, I was happy that you would be around your family. At this time in your life you are an adult and your parents and grandparents get to see you in a different light, no longer as a child. They can talk with you and share things with you, and you can have a mutual interest and learning experience of one another. I had watched videos of Korea and saw just how beautiful it was. I was happy you'd get to live in such a place where all the building styles blended into each other and the streets were lined with artistic sculptures and lit up at night. I liked that parks, malls, cultural sites and entertaining discoveries could be found anywhere. Your video on how you came to be here, is a story to be proud of because you created it all by scheduling, planning, living, absorbing all these elements to make you into not only a confident woman but a highly and thoroughly skilled one!! I can only say I respect and admire you even more than when I first entered your world knowing how well you crafted your life. It is amazing how it all came together and it was all because of you and how you created your own supportive universe. Kate, You really are a remarkable person! I graduated with a communications major and an emphasis in social media management, and working in the k-pop industry is literally my dream! I’m currently learning Korean and I speak English and Spanish. Hopefully one day I’ll be able to move to Korea and accomplish my dream. This was very inspiring, thank you so much. this was super helpful! i’m not necessarily looking to work in the kpop industry (or i’m not like set on it) but i’ve been trying to figure out what i’d like to major in to work in the entertainment industry and i’ve been thinking ab media&cultural studies! i also think it’s super neat that you studied abroad multiple times. i’m almost done w my first year of college and i also want to study abroad but i’m also wondering any tips on how to get internships in an area that doesn’t have many big entertainment companies around?

I regret not taking internships while studying in uni. My summer breaks are taken up by overseas programs. I had to intern after college, and am glad that I had an internship before uni. Internships are important to explore what one like. It may not be that important to some who is very bent on a certain industry, but not me.
But again, I was from a really competitive university, was trying to aim for a second upper honours admist juggling co-curricular activities, mental health, and sleep. It was tough just with those....

Also which other cities besides Seoul should a tourist visit in South Korea. I am planning to stay for about 10 days. Do Korean entertainment companies have a medical staff? And if so, do they assign them on a specific group or subunit...or maybe a specific artist (but that would be too much I guess ㅋㅋ), and do they include them on a concert (wherever) or do they just hire someone from the place where the concert is held? Do they need their medical staff everyday or just call them when they need them? Also, if they hire a private doctor, who decides for the doctor's salary (since doctors either earn the salary the company has set for them or they set their own price)?
