I read in a news article the HYBE is the only company aside from Samsung and another big company to have an in-house doctor and medical care center. Employees got the great benefits, cant imagine them quitting HYBE. They manage to make sure all employees are healthy and well. Good job HYBE!
It always makes me emotional when I see these comments. Even if I wasn't with them from the start, still 2015 was still quite a struggling time and to see how much Bang pd and BTS together worked hard and all the staffs at that time believed in them and supported them. That is the reason all ARMYs including me says Bang pd and BTS together Bighit or you can say Hybe. 💜

I have watched a few videos of company meals in YG/JYP as buffet style. But Hybe is on another level here. The dishes are on separate plates and garnished/styled beautifully to please the eyes first and the taste and scent next. It has a restaurant feel rather than a cafeteria. No wonder MC Yoo Jaesuk was extra curious about Hybe's food.
yeah and most artists under hybe would brag it during variety shows or interviews if people would asked them the best thing in the company is that they always get free food that is really delicious from the cafeteria which caters to their preference like they can say what they want and don’t like in the food, may it be a korean dish or an international dish since chefs are going to make it for them. also, yoo jaesuk once asked if it deducts to their salary, which sakura or was that chaewon(?) said that she checked but it’s not. the free food is part of the company perks as an employee that’s just great

Even on a weverse live, the members were happy that the tour is ending only for the company to release another tour schedule a week after that live. That was what made engenes complain

HYBE employees can just reserve beforehand and get the food instantly when it's warm. The systematic nature of this company is really good, i think that's why all of their artists are doing great. Min heejin did a great job designing the company.

Secretive? We got multible interviews that have given us insight. That's how we learned bighit doesn't have trainee debt, that's how we know debuted idols earn money right away

I've always commented before that HYBE should hire a residence doctor or psychologist in their company. Whether they saw my comments before or not, the important thing is they have their own company doctor now.
They have psychologist and routine psychological counseling for their artist since still BigHit entertainment... Now they add in-house doctor n health care center....gold!
This is WILD! I've been an ARMY since 2015 and I can't believe that all of these came from Lee Hyun and the majority is from BTS. This is now the legacy of all the Pioneers. This is the Legacy of Namjoon, Jin, Yoongi, Hoseok, Jimin, Taehyung and Jungkook. That building represents their hard work for the past 13 years. They literally built that with their Blood, Sweat and Tears. All those jobs were given to the employees of HYBE because those 7 didn't give up and chose to stick together.
I really like the feature of having doctors present there. Being an idol is very exhausting, sometimes accidents can happen like injuries or seizures or something, so taking care of them on the spot defenitly reduces the risk + they can rest there and take medication when they feel ill
The way HYBE even care about food presentations unlike other companies. Other companies just give out foods in a tray, and you have to wait in a line. But here they just have to book and get it ready instantly when they need to eat. The foods are well organised on different plates.
I remember haters saying that hybe has amazing amenities so that employees will stay at work longer but now we find out they actually give out bonuses to encourage employees to take vacation! And now they even have a doctor on site!

just think about how much profit a company has to bring in to be able to afford an in house health clinic, full service cafeteria, and their own applications. just to build and get these services up and running is millions let alone paying staff and restocking items monthly. wow hybe has really turned into a billion dollar conglomerate right before our eyes.
I can say about 5 years to come hybe will build a new headquarters and this will be their other building since they will have more to do and will need more space .
This is partially why concert, merch, albums, etc are so expensive. Too luxurious at HYPE. Basically free and much more affordable to work there if you are a kpop fan!
The price is made by the market. Merch isn't usually that expensive but postage is - because there is no cheat system that is used elsewhere. Quality costs. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I never stan any group from hype accept svt but I have a great impression of how everything is so systematic and perfect there only if they focus on vocal training for idol there specifically le seraffim that would be great (I’m not saying they all are bad at singing but some need special training)
Just because of a vid from their smart performance (where their whole body is literally need to shake bcoz of the choreo)& an encore(that clearly they dont want to sing seriuosly and just want to vibe & be silly onstage w/ fans after winning) stans immediately doubt LSFM capability as an idol but during their previous releases especially Antifragile stans are obssesed w/ them... if you observe their past performnance they always slay even today they have many vids of livestages from their fearless era to unforgiven that shows their skills...this era is the only time they were accused..a time where they recievd a lot of love not only in Korea but in America (& them performing at coachella..smells fishy)they are not all vocalist thats already given, even Sakura acknowledge that...( in a vid ) in my opinion each member adds their own skills & uniqueness to make what LSF is now today.

My friend mother work at Hybe she gets benefit and one is the company can support educational benefits so actually her daughter is studying at my university abroad and she is been taking care of by Hybe due to her mother working there. I don’t know what position her mom held there but she always talk of Hybe that when she was in Korea she became happy when her mom started working for Hybe. She gets to see her mom everyday, most times her mom works from home, her father became happy and her junior brother got more attention from her mom . Her brother wants to work at Hybe so he is studying music programs cos they saw the difference where her mom used to work at different company and now she works at Hybe. Am so happy I get to hear good stories from people who got the opportunity to see the good in Hybe and one more thing the pay is good for all employees and other benefits . Last December her mom and his brother came on vacation just to see her two weeks and the company gave money . A
hybe actually give their artist good freedom on their writing their song almost all artist under hybe are involed in writing their song bts,seventeen,zico,txt and new jean and le sserafim are starting to be involed in their album, boynextdoor have creative freedom and enhypen jake starting learn music producing and maybe in the future make their album
Idk about freedom but they are very much lacking at promoting their non korean artist/group. Like they literally have a great Japanese group but promote them badly. Coming from Hybe, I'm shock.

I love how there’s a healthcare center too. Staff, employees and artists can receive health care whenever needed easily.

But other cafeterias are free for staff whereas you have to pay here, yes it’s a small fee but still it’s not totally free

The way HYBE even care about food presentations unlike other companies. Other companies just give out foods in a tray, and you have to wait in a line. But here they just have to book and get it ready instantly when they need to eat. The foods are well organised on different plates.
I remember haters saying that hybe has amazing amenities so that employees will stay at work longer but now we find out they actually give out bonuses to encourage employees to take vacation! And now they even have a doctor on site!

I wonder who were the team who managed Bighit from the beginnning to HYBE now. The growth is crazy! Sure BTS did become popular and they are the sole reason why but the people behind who managed the BUSINESS while they were growing is actually very impressive. Kudos to them!

just think about how much profit a company has to bring in to be able to afford an in house health clinic, full service cafeteria, and their own applications. just to build and get these services up and running is millions let alone paying staff and restocking items monthly. wow hybe has really turned into a billion dollar conglomerate right before our eyes.

This is partially why concert, merch, albums, etc are so expensive. Too luxurious at HYPE. Basically free and much more affordable to work there if you are a kpop fan!

Merch isn't usually that expensive but postage is - because there is no cheat system that is used elsewhere.

I can't help but comment, It's all thanks to BTS's hard work!!! What a company they've built. Don't take me wrong I LOVE LE SSERAFIM so so much but I can't stop admiring BTS. I never stan any group from hype accept svt but I have a great impression of how everything is so systematic and perfect there only if they focus on vocal training for idol there specifically le seraffim that would be great (I’m not saying they all are bad at singing but some need special training)
Just because of a vid from their smart performance (where their whole body is literally need to shake bcoz of the choreo)& an encore(that clearly they dont want to sing seriuosly and just want to vibe & be silly onstage w/ fans after winning) stans immediately doubt LSFM capability as an idol but during their previous releases especially Antifragile stans are obssesed w/ them... if you observe their past performnance they always slay even today they have many vids of livestages from their fearless era to unforgiven that shows their skills...this era is the only time they were accused..a time where they recievd a lot of love not only in Korea but in America (& them performing at coachella..smells fishy)they are not all vocalist thats already given, even Sakura acknowledge that...( in a vid ) in my opinion each member adds their own skills & uniqueness to make what LSF is now today.

They are just delusional. They need to have the experience. My friend mother work at Hybe she gets benefit and one is the company can support educational benefits so actually her daughter is studying at my university abroad and she is been taking care of by Hybe due to her mother working there. I don’t know what position her mom held there but she always talk of Hybe that when she was in Korea she became happy when her mom started working for Hybe. She gets to see her mom everyday, most times her mom works from home, her father became happy and her junior brother got more attention from her mom . Her brother wants to work at Hybe so he is studying music programs cos they saw the difference where her mom used to work at different company and now she works at Hybe. Am so happy I get to hear good stories from people who got the opportunity to see the good in Hybe and one more thing the pay is good for all employees and other benefits . hybe actually give their artist good freedom on their writing their song almost all artist under hybe are involed in writing their song bts,seventeen,zico,txt and new jean and le sserafim are starting to be involed in their album, boynextdoor have creative freedom and enhypen jake starting learn music producing and maybe in the future make their album
Idk about freedom but they are very much lacking at promoting their non korean artist/group. Like they literally have a great Japanese group but promote them badly. Coming from Hybe, I'm shock.
