Rebuilding My Craftsquare Style Carbon Mirrors For My Nissan 350z

I bought these Craftsquare-style carbon mirrors, which I used a few years ago. I had them on the car several times but never really figured out why they wouldn't hold it's position. So I've decided to replace some of the old hardware and through a friend I figured out how to properly secure the position of the mirror.
