From concept to execution, a brilliant video. It's always hard to display a car's power through video, but seeing the men who know best react to it is a true testament to all of their individual and their companies' accomplishments.

Well said.
@@malcolmar thank you
That's always the case but sadly it would never happen because there's always gonna be cases of ignorant egos getting in the way of that, unfortunately.
😔
0:46 what a shame because it would have been such a golden opportunity.
5:56 I think we know his favorite of the other two. lol
I look forward to part two.
This video is so cool actually to watch
🌎🌍💎Remember when Top gear would drive Normal cars or even old cars, trucks, wheelbarrows we'd all remember and have a good laugh at. It was super relatable(throughout the whole world) These guys are losing out on a massive audience. They have the best automotive magazine brand but are missing out on doing normal stuff, everyday stuff...🌍🌎💎
I love Mate driving the Koenigsegg! In some parts I feel like he appeared slightly nervous. Amazing video!
Christian and Mate are soulmates in terms of car-nerdyness and technical understanding. best automakers-pair i can imagine. they should do an own youtube-channel deepdive podcast thing for the real nerds.
The fact that we get to see this all happen is incredible.
I loved seeing Christian and Mate in the nevera together. They just went full bore nerd with each other
Having Jerod Shelby and Gordon Murray here would have been nice. Their cars are peak engineering and innovation.
True
Watching these iconic car makers appreciate each other creations is a wonderful sight to see.
Heartwarming how well the Koenigsegg interns do in life, Mate existing is like all the stars in all the Galaxies aligning to obey his vision.
Christian just sold a car to rimac owner, he just doesent know it yet😂And Christian already thinking can i maker a faster full electric 5 seater hyper car😂
Part III .. Murray and Pagani face the winner!
Ha yes, my legendaryry man Horaciocio Paganini
Paganini💀
🎻🤭🙄😬🥰
@@Sauci55on bro, pagani's car would get trashed by even a gt3 rs. The zonda r which isn't street legal, uses slicks, , is 400kg/900lbs lighter, and has 200 more horsepower than the gt3 rs is still slower around the nurburgring. Pathetic.
@@kaustavkapur5532 interesting, but who asked?
3:05 his face says it all
he loves it and i would too!
The Venom F5 turned out way better then i have imagined
"you can feel the engine idling" welcome to America
Christian and Mate are in another league in this video.
I could listen to mate and Cristian talk technical about their cars all day
We got Holy Trinity by CEOs instead of Cars before GTA 6
this meme doesnt get old.
This was actually brilliant, having the very best hyper car builders driving each other's car's and hearing there comments and seeing the smiles, absolutely awesome 👌
I love the fact that Mate doesn't care what he's driving or who it's made by, just as long as he can have fun doing it. Can you imagine if all of our CEO's were like this?
Fantastic video!! Props to Top Gear for pulling this off, this video was legendary. However I am heavily dissapointed that this wasn't a two hour long videoTG
What am I watching, there's no way this is happening to my eyes. Love it this should've happened on Spa Francorchamps❤😂😂
This is insane. Real cars guys.
Now this is content i loved how Matte and Christian talked about the technicals ... two geniuses meet
Lucky GM didnt turn up with the 12000 RPM T50 if noise was an issue then :)
Great video. Two of the biggest brains in motor design and teach right now....and John Hennesy. Like bringing a knife to a gun fight. Sure a big, shiny knife, but not in the same league.
This is the coolest automotive TH-cam video I’ve watched all year. And I watch many many automotive YT videos.
This video was a true pleasure to watch! It's such a polite lesson showing that no matter what, car makers will always respect each other because they all have one thing in common: the need for power and speed in a blend of quality, refinement and luxury! I can't wait for part 2!
And they all know the difficulties that go into actually taking their dreams and making them into reality. This was truly an epic video. I did not even dare such a thing was possible or if it was we would be able to see it.
This is unbelievable! I watched the whole thing with a big smile on my face. What a time we're living in!
This was EPIC... Thank you...TOP GEAR 🏁 Can't wait for Part 2
This is one of the best videos I have ever seen, period. I could watch this all day.
Content we actually want to see and something most motor TH-camrs couldn’t really organise to this level
I love how much Mate Rimac pushes those machines. Gas Combustion engines just hits different 🔥
THAT is one of the most fascinating videos I've ever seen! THANKS for that!
All the greatest car ceos driving each others cars this is wholesome
All the greatest CEOs, except Murray, Pagani and Hennessey...
These gentlemen are down to earth human,
No ego, no pride, no rivalry...
Just pure acknowledgement & joy.
👏🏻
From building an EV M3 in his garage to building Rimac and then running bugatti too. What a bloke Mate Rimac is
Throughout the whole video, I can't stop smiling
we need more of this
Mate’s face at 11:39 was just us moment😂❤️🔥❤️🔥
Still can’t believe this day actually happened. Still deaf from the Koenigsegg’s backfires! 🔥
Out of all those beauties witnessed, my overall fave here has gotta be that stunning Hennessey Venom F5 😍
I mean the look, the power and Boy that Rumble...it truly is the full package!
And keep in mind this is coming from a wholehearted Koenigsegg fan for life.
HUGE props to all involved with this! That these guys are willing to come along and be complimentary about each other's cars and just be car guys has got to speak volumes for their brand far more than any PR marketing trash, and with that be far more interesting than just seeing an individual car being tested on it's own. Well done. Would have never even thought this was possible, but such a shame the others couldn't make it too!
3 bros just admiring their hot rods. Also, I love what a gearhead Rimac is despite him showing up with the electric one. You can see that from what he’s been doing with Bugatti.
Says a lot about the CEOs as people 👏🏻
It's what I like about this video: Appreciating one another's work, regardless of how different the philosophies can be at times.
The mutual respect here for their creations is so awesome to see
You can tell Mate is a driver!
You know he’s behind the wheel of both his brands when the drop a new model, pushing them like his customers likely never will…minus Steve Hamilton 🤣🤣🤣
I didn't know this was an episode I needed. Damn this is like DC and Marvel and Hasbro in one movie....thank you top gear for bringing this heroes together, thank u very much.!!!
Hennesey will now incorporate a Koenissegg into their next car like they did with a Mckaren and Lotus.
Now this is one video that I'll watch every second of.
This is what we were all waiting for!
This needs to be a series! I'd love to see all the CEOs from competing companies do this. Imagine Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mclaren, and Porsche getting together
Ferrari, Lamborghini and Porsche don't have to compete with the wannabes
@@chalkandcheese1868 I meant that they'd compete amongst one another. Not to compete with the companies in this video
@@chalkandcheese1868you mean the other way around.
Love it! Also appreciate you holding this at a track I have driven at speed! I agree with other comments, this video needed to be about 10x longer - just loved it and the mutual respect shown.
7:03 Truth be told when reality kicks in. I love the honesty.
WHY WAS THIS VIDEO NOT MUCH LONGER??!!
The best content from Top Gear in a while.
Outstanding!!!
From concept to execution, a brilliant video. It's always hard to display a car's power through video, but seeing the men who know best react to it is a true testament to all of their individual and their companies' accomplishments.
It’s so wholesome to see “competitors” having fun together and realising they’re just enthusiasts. Imaging enzo Ferrari doing this with lambo or ford. Would never happen
