Hi TJ not sure if you will read this but just a little tip for you if you gonna be working on JDM cars.
The screwheads which you think are philips/ crosshead are actually JIS. Japanese industrial standard. That's why you keep stripping the head.

I feel like a darker look would be perfect, since his other cars are all bright (purple BRZ, yellow, now white 350z, his GTR was blue, black, then blue again, and his BMW (model escapes me) is white) so having something thats black/red would look so good

WHITE !! for one it never gets old and suits so meany styles (street car /track car circuit) , also adds depth to the car with shadowing and depth in sun light and is easy enough to get right with the jdm parts , Also been a some what jdm RE amemiya fd3s u might wanna look at getting a set of volk racing / RAYS ZE40 wheels for it ,would think there are very few sets in the usa ?

Grey or black would be sweet. And use an electric impact on a low setting to get stuck screws out. It works great... Most of the time. Otherwise drilling works too. It just takes forever

You should do similar to the factory green. Maybe make it a little bit darker and a bit more metallic, and you'd be on the money. Black wheels, with a brass or gold hardware

If you’re slipping loosening screws you need a flatter star , rule of thumb if you don’t have the proper star use a flat head that fits snug🙂.

These are the style of craft square mirrors I love most . model TCA-F . Very tasteful mod there Tj. Literally the only one i know who uses them on TH-cam. Everyone else is obsessed with ganador mirrors which i think are stupid as hell and way over priced might as well stay with stock ones in that case. But Craft Square is on point t brother!
