I need more practice but very happy with this little tool and can't wait to make some mandalas from it. Also bought it to do calligraphy with and produce circular script designs.

I was given this tool as a gift with a canvas board, I put the magnet under canvas board and one on top, works dreamy!

I just received this tool and I also have no idea why there are 2 sizes of the magnets, they don't stick straight to eachother to the sides to make bigger circles, 1 underneath a drawing pad doesn't keep them in place, unless there are less paper between, but then you have your pad wobbling. But it's a nice handy tool if you want to draw a few circles without holes in your paper.

I agree buddy, that’s why I wanted the tool in the first place. Making circle ⭕️ without holes in my paper and it properly does do some amazing things, gotta find them out though. Thanks for commenting.

Super video, I was thinking of buying this but wasn't sure how to use it? Great tips on how to use it. I'll order some blue tack or/and a large metal tray depending on how much the tray is. Thanks for sharing, Dot x.

Honestly the blue tack should do it, I had no problems with it. Or you could just hold it with one hand and mark with the other. Glad you getting one. Thanks for your kind words.

I really cannot for the life of me see the point of this tool. The holes have a diameter of, what looks like, 1.5-2mm, so there's going to be some margins. You have to have a metal table, or blue tack. Do they even make that anymore? I'll have to go to the book store to find some archaic sticky dough I haven't seen used since middle school back in the late 90s. The tool is pretty expensive and seems very flimsy. With a regular compass, I can put the center needle almost precisely on a point or a line, but with this I have to look into a hole, and try to center it, and if it moves slightly it's off. This also onlu has discrete steps, and cannot be adjusted to any radius. And the ONLY advantage of this, is that it doesn't leave a microscopic hole in the paper. Excuse my French, but this seems like a really stupid invention.

I agree in most part in what you say buddy but I would look at this tool as a artistic device to create stunning art. As for a tool for precision then it’s no good. For a tenner it’s not bad to create circular objects and use them for art purposes. Thanks for commenting and watching the vid.

@@williambanks8914 And what type of stunning art would you say this provides? It looks "cool", I'll give you that, but apart from that?

I’ll do a picture myself and upload a video using the tool. Look out for it over Christmas 🎄

I know I’m not the only one who said this but you sort of get the jest when using the tool what you can do with it. Still don’t know why there’s a big one and small one. For drawing clean no mark circles it’s amazing for the price.
