I've been really practicing this for a while now and I think in love got a good grasp of it. To me it is actually a physical practice that you have to actually practice. I feel like its training your lungs until it has committed to muscle memory. One effect that has happen and I dont know what it means but I like it haha. After a few deep breaths, like I said it needs physical warm ups first to even establish a deep breath, I notice I can do it to the point where I can yawn on demand!! It's so cool, because yawning is one of the most relaxing things. Makes me feel good.
Excellent advice! Thank you very much friend. I can't imagine the amount of research you've done to get here. Been struggling to tie together many similar thoughts, I'm sure glad I found you! Thanks for sharing.
when you said you see/feel blue. I used to say feel like this. Like a mantra, before I got to know Paul chek, It goes like this, "my spirit is a transparent blue steel color moving all through me. indomitable force. something like hard as steel but flowing in blue and silver. " it's weird but I want to feel like that again. I will. peace Paul chek
thanks so much especially for the wisdom about the tounge should be at roof of the mouth, completing the circuit and recylcing energy etc! It's been very nice doing this, as before i had my mouth open to do deep breathing yet sometimes still feeling out of 'breath', like I need to catch up. It's Great how you explained this correct way to breath, and I really feel its benefits already. Much Gratitude!
Hi Paul, Would it be alright to switch some foods from one day to another (Fruits) on the rotation diet list? I've been adding some new foods (Available here in Colombia) to the rotation diet list in the book, studying the taxonomic groups so the foods I'm adding match more appropietly with the ones on the list, I'm more of a Ecuatorial type and in day 2 there's not that many fruits (That I can found here). I found papaya and similar fruits (Caricacea family) to be more taxonomically close to Cruciferae which are from day 2. Since I don't really have a lot of options for fruit on day 2 can I move papaya to that day? and similar cases as long as taxonomically the change makes sense? Thanks in advance, and lots of love to you!
The one thing keeping me from totally relaxing and being aware of something on a sutler level was my tongue and constantly "dry swallowing", which was weird because it only happened when I meditated. I'm going to try the tongue in the roof of the mouth technique, thank you Chek!
Thank you paul, Could possible using a tibeitan bowl everytime i breath in enchance the meditation? Or possible make it harder to connect? just your general thoughts on sound and mediation also when you personaly like it and when you prefer not to use it? Love to you paul
Dear Paul, hello beautiful video-a couple of questions if you have the time-would left shoulder pain when performing this meditation indicate 5th chakra blockage in a feminine sense? Would that therefore indicate suppression of emotion as is common in males and be helped by writing/logging my emotions down? I’ve noted right sided neck aching too. Also as a quick aside as I’m currently very physically/emotionally stressed would I benefit more from zone exercises or stretches? I feel very tight on certain stretches and feel great after performing these as I do after zone exercises too-following HTEMBH-I try to incorporate both and currently perform no strenuous exercise-on days when time is tight would one be more nourishing than the other in deciding which to perform? Much thanks Paul lots of love.
Hello, The left side of the body represents the female element and the right side the male element (energies) (generally, reversed for left handed people). Your exploration of the influence and management of these energies should always begin with your "relationship with yourself", and progress outward to your birth parents or dominant caregivers, to siblings, and progressively outward from there. The areas you feel discomfort/pain during meditation (or in general) are indicators of where your energy is being bound; when we don't allow energy in the form of thoughts, feelings and emotions to move through us, it excites the cells in the area that we are holding it, leading to muscle armoring and concordant changes in tissue, joint, circulatory, cellular respiratory, organ, and gland function. The fifth chakra relates to what and how we do or do not communicate our thoughts, feelings and emotions, as well as how we express our creative potential; if we are overly fixated on expression at the expense of being well-rounded in our life, or are suppressing our expression, challenges generally occur in the upper chest (upper two ribs and clavicle region), arm(s), neck, jaw, nose, and ears. There is also a cycle of how life-force energy (kundulini) moves through the body in meditative states, which you can read about in the book titled "Vibrational Medicine" by Richard Gerber, MD. As life-force energy builds through the application of meditation and related "inner arts", As a general rule, when thee is blockage or imbalance in the body-mind, mobilizing restricted joints (a 4 inch etha foam roller works very well; I've done a blog in the past showing ways to use it), followed by stretching, and then by zone exercises allows progressive restoration of energy flow and balance. Zone exercises can be used any time throughout the day as well. The key to all zone exercises is to time the movements with your breathing, and allow yourself to "feel" what is arising in you; be both in it, but also a witnessing observer so you can become aware of what you are holding in your body-mind and use that awareness to act accordingly or "dream affirmatively". Choosing zone exercises should be based on your current scores as identified by completing the health appraisal questionnaire in my book "HTEM&BH!"; the most important high scores to address are the ones furthest to the left on your score graph. As you focus on making the changes to balance that system as suggested in the book (diet, lifestyle, or exercise modifications based on your total stress score), progress to the next highest score as you move right on the score graph; if you have the time and energy to address more than one zone effectively, then use the same protocol to decide what zone exercise(s) to do next in your sequence. A very simple rule for selecting the type, intensity, and volume of any exercise is being present with yourself, and choosing exercises or a routine that enhances your sense of well-being; if you use exercises or training variables that make you feel like you are laboring physically, emotionally, or mentally to get through them, chances are very good that you are simply acting in the same ways that led to your body-mind, and life challenges to begin with. When you have adequate energy for working out, your body and mind will feel good about exerting yourself. Love and chi, Paul Chek
Hi, I don't know the actual name of my plant. I call her "Momma Plant" because she was the first plant in my office back in 2005 when we moved into the new institute at that time and has been with me since. I LOVE her. She's amazing, healing, conscious, beautiful, and has helped me by helping many people heal :-) If you just take a screen shot and show the plant to anyone that works in a big plant store, you'll find one. They are quite common. Love and chi, Paul Chek
He is the real deal. There are many like him out there, but the secret is to find someone who inspires you enough to follow their teachings authentically each day, otherwise, a million masters makes no difference.... Love and chi, Paul Chek
@@PaulChekLive Paul I tried to get ahold of you through your manager Penny, but to no avail I think. I wanted to share with you my life's work thus far - as you have been the biggest real life inspiration for me all these 8 long years. These songs are the fruits of my healing process. This music is best listened to at nighttime, when you're relaxing, preferably alone or with a loved one. To let your mind wander. soundcloud.com/feraluce This link contains all 39 of my tracks. I know you're a busy man, but I felt as though I had to let you know (let you 'hear' it really) the impact you have had on me. Words could never truly describe it. Love you Paul -John/Feraluce
Paul's a big support of dynamic meditation and Tai Chi. But perhaps more than anything he wants you to listen to your body and respond in a functional and healing way.
HI, Any meditation that you are willing to do is a good meditation. Often, busy minds need to start with dynamic approaches, and as they settle within, they naturally gravitate toward stillness within, and in meditative approaches. Love and chi, Paul Chek
I appreciate you Paul Chek.. 🙏

Paul have you read the Red Book? By Carl Jung. I was walking through the library today and It caught my eye.
Yes, I've read sections of it.
Fantastic stuff. My favorite is Jung's conversations with Satan....
LOve and chi,

Yeah! His stuff is really interesting to read.
Yes. I've had it since it was released. I've studied Jung's collected works for over 20 years and do to this day!
