War with Russia! Industrialized War with the USA in Victoria 3 by An Economist Plays

The mid-game of Victoria 3 is where wars increase in all costs - lives, materials, and monies. Managing these wars is more a matter of logistics than it is of tactics. It's also a matter of not grabbing for more than you can reasonably take - "quick wars" are almost guaranteed to drag on for years if one's opponent is a great power, so having those logistics sorted is a matter of vital concern.

30:50 I know morgenrote(not sure I spelt that right) adds the ability for an engineer specialist to develop better rifles each time you research rifles-repeaters-bolt actions and makes them a mobilization option

You may have some interest in the Ultra Historical Warfare mod, which unlocks mobilization options for improved firepower as you research the associated technologies, among other warfare improvements and changes. It should be compatible with the other mods you use, as well. It's a personal favorite of mine.
