Will Sec54F be applicable in below case : New Flat is registered in CY but payments were being made during past 2-3years in installments as per construction plan of Society. Now if another property is sold within CY, will Sec54F benefit be applicable.
Let's say I buy a under-construction appartment today and take a loan on it. I will get possession of the property by say mar 2027. I sell my other residential property in say dec 2027 and use that money to repay my loan on the 1st property ? Can I avoid capital gains on this sale?

If I am building a house does purchase and building cost both are completely used for tax exemption… If yes then as building a house involve a lot of cash transction to labour.. How is that accounted?

Law says registration date, in exceptional cases possession date can also be considered..

TDS can be claimed against any income.

For cash expenses you need to keep record and prepare some documents
