Absolutely adore Cory with his puppy dog eyes .And
We did it!
I work in live theater and I LOVE how y'all have made the electronic world live in a meaningful way. I love learning from both of you and enjoy the interaction of awesome fish keepers talking with each other. Thank you , for all that you do, to educate us all by sharing your experiences.
I love seeing you two together. Such great knowledge to learn from.
I follow KG, Co OP, and Palmer Aquatics still green to fish keeping but I have learned a ton of info from all of you guys and I'm very thankful.
Thanks John & Cory!
another great informative video from KGTropicals & Aquarium CoOp. those goldfish are gorgeous... =)
great stream again.i missed it live though is its on late in my country (England). Thursday is a good day for me, but a little bit late maybe, it starts at 1am over here lol
Great information, who knew...not me😞. There's my fav plant behind Cory lolol.🇨🇦
Timestamps would be amazing for this... Super informative video 👍👍
Love your down to earth honesty and realism John. I'm still waiting for my aquarium to be delivered and it's driving me mad. again i'm no expert. i'm assuming that if you can't quarrantine your fish you reduce the number of species you introduce into your tank. that way you only need to add fish once or twice.
Great information regarding quarantining.
Great live stream guys!
I'm thinking of having a small tank on standby for quarantine. (I don't have room to keep it running all the time) I'll keep a small sponge filter in the display tank so it's ready when needed. After quarantine time, I'll dismantle the tank and put it away. What would I do with the sponge filter after It has been used in the quarantine tank? Do I just chuck the sponge, and start a new one in the display tank, or can the sponge be disinfected somehow and put back into the display tank to cycle again? If it is okay to reuse it, what's the best, safest way to disinfect it? Rather not use bleach or anything that strong. I have bad reactions to chemical smells like that....would vinegar work?
is it suggested to have a quarantine tank running at all times without fish in it?
I thought that black goldfish with the red cap was purple in a few clips I was over here going WHAT. iS. THAT?!
You got me freaked out about the heaters now! I have a Betta in a 9 gallon (who I have bonded with, I call him my emotional support fish) and I had a preset heater meant for a 5 gal that started to decrease in temp. My lfs said that size heater was actually good for my 9 gal. The temp started decreasing so I put a spare Tetra heater in as well to pick up the slack. Both are preset. Should I be concerned for my fish?
Cory I have a question for you. I have a 20 gallon long with some endlers and one of them has been missing for 2 days now. He was acting ill and I had been treating the tank with PraziPro. The day before he went missing he was hanging right above the gravel not looking very well.
I love the idea of a panel type show.
Do you dose meds right away? Or only monitor them and dose meds if you see something that requires dosing? I read a few articles today that said dosing meds off the bat will stress the fish out and make them less effective when they actually need it.... thoughts??
