    Apparently this technique to knot the string to the connector charm dosent work for stretch magic string the loop un- do’s itself even with the beads there to try and hold it down

    • @oneglance8759
      @oneglance8759  ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s correct. That is a completely different kind of cording and will have different techniques. If you need a link for some more professional cording, check it out here and you should be good to go!

      Also if you need to see some details about what makes this cord d different than the stretch magic, check out our other video called stretch bracelets you can trust :)

    So pretty! Thx for sharing. Question: am I supposed to stretch the elastic cord before stringing. Haven’t finished code yet. Or am I confused as to what kind of cord you’re using?

      Thanks for asking! This type of cording is different because it is a fibrous type cording and it does not need to be pre-stretched!

    How close do you cut the cord to the knot? Do you use glue on the knot? Won’t the knot come right out after a few stretches?

    • @hvictorianrose
      @hvictorianrose 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, you will need to glue the knot and you will trim as close as possible after gluing. This video is a part two to our original stretch bracelet video that you can check out here: th-cam.com/video/daWRbpHxM5Y/w-d-xo.html and it will have a better visual and details on the gluing and cutting portion for you. Hope that helps!

    i have had so many beads that wont go down alot of those needles ones they hit the string bit what size are they? and the conectors what are they called

    • @oneglance8759
      @oneglance8759  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you are using our cord, the ultra fine needle should help with the beads not fitting. If you are using other brands of cord, you may want to try ours because the way the fibers are woven together like fabric, it will collapse down thinner than others as you string the beads on. Between the two of those options, the only beads you may have issues with are the extra tiny 2-3mm ultra fine gemstone beads- other than that, it should work out for you. Link for the ultra fine needle is here: oneglancejewelry.com/search?q=ultra+fine+ , and link for the stretch cord is here: oneglancejewelry.com/search?q=stretch+cord+ . As for the connectors, they are just called connectors as they have a loop on each side, and the stone itself is crystal. Hope this helps!
