Nice video. My sister threw out the apple tablet. Model number is A2324. I kept it. There's a problem. When i plug the usb cord, the screen turned off then on and off and on. I hold the power and both volume. It went to recovery mode. I hold the power again and it fixes the problem. Don't know the passcode.
I see tiny white dots on the screen and it's everywhere.
And the battery is not charging. I will need to get the parts for replacements on eBay.

where do you usually buy your replacement parts? can you recommend a trusted place/site where we can get quality replacement screen assembly? coz most products being sold online are far from the original?

What part/parts do I need to perform this replacement? I don't know what to buy. My wife's iPad was dropped and the screen shattered, but the iPad still functions. I have watched a lot of videos and it is confusing as to what is actually needed to restore it. Your assistance will be appreciated.
Hey, I just replaced the screen on my iPad Air 4. The screen glass was also shattered, but technically the panel was fine I suppose. In theory, you can remove the panel from the shattered glass and reapply a new glass, however, that is a lot harder to do and very risky as you might damage your panel. That's why I opted to just get a new display assembly (panel + glass) from eBay for around 170€. After reinstalling, everything still works, even TrueTone. If you got any questions during the installation process, feel free to hit me up.
@@d1rex im in the process of doing this also, i just bought an icloud locked ipad from ebay for £100 which is alot cheaper than the screen itself, PLUS i get all the spare parts which i could use or sell :)
apple quoted me £389 to fix my LCD so i took matters into my own hands
