I immediately got into action... mass everyday... rosary everyday... spiritual reading & videos only... confession.. visit the blessed sacrament often. Thank God! God is good! I wouldn't even care if it happened again when the big illumination happens because it was such a powerful experience for me. It truly changed my life. I had thought I was just fine. I knew I didbt go to church but I figured God would forgive me cuz I wasbasically a good person. I was so wrong! I was stuck in unforgiveness. My heart was hard. I didn't come from a place of love! That all changed that day!
Something very similar happened to me one night. As I’ve been discovering, it has also happened to many others. The opportunity to repent and reform is not only a very great mercy, I think God is getting us ready for whatever is coming next.
Can't come soon enough; given the way the World is going and the corruptions perpetrated on the masses by the very few, this needs to happen to pull many back from the brink before things get too out of hand.

We South Africans have to pray the Rosary that there is an increase in vocations, that confession becomes available before mass or Saturday afternoon once again. That this warning reaches into every home and the awareness of the evil around us is conquered by prayer.

I was away from the church and someone gave me a book about Medgegorje and as soon as I started reading it, I had an intense feeling of Mary’s presence and I heard (interiorly) her say “All of the teachings of the Catholic Church are true.” She didn’t say “this book is true” or “yes I’m really appearing at Megegorje” but I was converted and have been pretty much mostly only interested in learning the scriptural basis for all the Church teaches. I hope the visions there are real but my faith does not hinge on it at all.
There is a great deal for us to pray about. I only recently learnt about the apparitions in Garabandal. One thing is certain God wants people to return to him with a contrite heart

I experienced such an illumination of conscience in Medjugorje on Sunday night the 5th of October 1997. On top of the Mountain with the radio tower on it next to Mt Krizevac whilst hiking. Afterwards I knew that I had to go to confession asap which I did for the first time the next day. Interesting as I was 29 , agnostic and had not come to Medjugorje knowing or seeking God. There is so much more that I experienced there that I wish I could share properly with you. It change my life. Dr Ralph Martin is so right that we must not waste a moment and start now to put the Lord first in our lives. God bless

I was at Medjugorge in the summer of 1987. My response to any of the questions about its validity is that no matter what any final decision is made, there were many supernatural things happening there and most of it was in the packed Masses said in many languages and the incredibly long lines for confession in the field next to the Church just like Ralph mentioned. 100s of people everyday were lined up. THAT was amazing and it brought great solace and joy that so many were making sure to avail themselves of the beautiful sacraments.

In our parish no confession is available at any time and if you go to ask for the priest the office staff says he is too busy and cannot hear confession. This means we cannot receive the Holy Eucharist at all either. It's a very scary situation for us. Our souls need absolution and no help is available. Please pray for our priest to have a care about our souls.

Thanks to St. Joseph interseeding for me I had a similar experience. I feel I am being called to prepare for this day and bring my neighbors to the church by telling them this is God's mercy of love, teaching them the basics (The Cross, Creed, baptism, confession ) Teach them to pray the rosary and how to prepare for the days when the demons will be unbound again. So they can be better prepared to resist temptations and live vertuious, our shield against evil.

I was at Medjugorge in the summer of 1987.
My response to any of the questions about its validity is that no matter what any final decision is made, there were many supernatural things happening there and most of it was in the packed Masses said in many languages and the incredibly long lines for confession in the field next to the Church just like Ralph mentioned.
100s of people everyday were lined up.
THAT was amazing and it brought great solace and joy that so many were making sure to avail themselves of the beautiful sacraments.

In our parish no confession is available at any time and if you go to ask for the priest the office staff says he is too busy and cannot hear confession. This means we cannot receive the Holy Eucharist at all either. It's a very scary situation for us. Our souls need absolution and no help is available. Please pray for our priest to have a care about our souls.

Thanks to St. Joseph interseeding for me I had a similar experience. I feel I am being called to prepare for this day and bring my neighbors to the church by telling them this is God's mercy of love, teaching them the basics (The Cross, Creed, baptism, confession ) Teach them to pray the rosary and how to prepare for the days when the demons will be unbound again. So they can be better prepared to resist temptations and live vertuious, our shield against evil.

Your reasoning is solid, very good discussion. Having a reversion to the faith in 1993, I have read very much about most of the marian apparitions, attended & asked questions to Medjugorje visionaries. Experienced profound moments of grace & truly know the teachings of the Church are correct. The future events will shake the people of this world and it is best to live every day in friendship with God.
Pray the Rosary everyday. Pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet for Mercy on our World and for Holy Death. 🙏🏼
