@AudreyLynnStudios the little Funky Trees were fun to make. They were very last minute (I actually dried them in the kiln right before firing). Wishing I made more now 😄. I am a glutton for colour 😁. Thank you so much for watching again xxx
Hi Jane! Thank you for sharing! I love it! And I know the feelings the shout outs😂 always let them hear to my hubby and kids😂. It is so nice when people think of you and help you out! I hope I get two glaze loads done before Friday but I guess that is tight but we will see!
@@anasclayhouse hi Anna! I have followed your channel for a long time, mostly from my previous personal account. I love your work! It is so beautiful! Thank you for coming to visit my channel x
@marciasilviajohnson6461 hi. A lot of my cookie cutter stamps are from various etsy shops. All the little ones like the reindeer, baubles were from Temu.
@lynnb1226 the clean glaze work is due to an awful lot of time 😅. It took me 14 hours to glaze 40 ornaments and a couple of other bits and pieces. I am happy to film a little glaze vid for you next time though 😊
So much work but beautiful ornaments. Do you glaze them in greenware stage or bisque? How many coats did you apply. Thanks for sharing and happy potting
@MeandmyfireflyEZCreations I glaze them at bisque, I am always worried I'll break them at the greenware stage. I usually only do two coats of all my glazes. Thanks for watching x
@janesshoeboxstudio5829 I love your cookie cutters, a good size mine are all quite small. And so much online one never knows where to begin searching. May I ask where you purchased your ones please.
@MeandmyfireflyEZCreations the bigger cutters were from a couple of Australian companies on Etsy I think, the smaller ones were from Temu. I'll see if I can find the Etsy sellers for you.
Hey Jane! Yay another unload! With your low fire is it midfire clay? I’m wanting to low fire my ducks w jungle gems but midfire slip. Can I single fire at bisque once only w jungle gems do u know? Leaving clay raw they can put incense oils on too. Oh those deer r super cute!! I love yr mushrooms n want to try them but how do u get them to stand? Lovely colourful unload. I love it when ppl mention me too i get giddy too so i know what u mean! Hey I had u in lights the other unload lol. Nat xx
@mudmagic407 hi Nat. The clay I used for these ornaments is a clay that can be low or midfired it is called Clayworks SWE. The last lot of low fire I did with mid fire clay though and the Jungle Gems went fine on it. You just wouldn't want to fire midfire clay at low fire for functional pieces, but decorative is fine, I think. I haven't tried single fire with Jungle Gems yet, sorry. With my Mushrooms I make the base of the stem wider then the top bit that goes under the mushroom cup, that helps stability. I'll try to remember to show that a bit closer when I unload the next glaze kiln with mushies. I might even do a quick tutorial vid making them at some stage. I just watch your Girls Weekend video, it looks like you and Trace had an awesome time. I think I am well overdue for a girls weekend with my bestie 😄. Thanks so much for watching, much love, Jane xx
@@janesshoeboxstudio5829thanks Jane yes it was a great weekend! So when u low fire jungle gems on decorative pieces do I bisque first then add jg then rebisque? Or just apply jg at bone dry n bisque once? Sorry just clarifying. Nat xx
@mudmagic407 yes I bisque everything first. I usally end up with two bisque firings before I start any glaze firings so it means I can do a load of bisque, glaze some of it in low fire glaze and then just pop it back in with my second bisque load. I hope that makes sense? I will try single firing after I am done with the Christmas chaos to test it out.
@nancythomas9719 hi. I paint the whole piece in black and then wipe it all back with a damp sponge so that it only stays in the lines. You need to clean your sponge in the water after each swipe. I hope that helps? 😊
Such a cute kiln unload 🤩 love the Christmas trees and colourful decorations 🤩 thanks so much for sharing x
That was a Wonderful COLOUR PARTY! Love the little trees. You have inspired me to make some for my family! Thanks for sharing once again, Jane!🎄

I love your bright colours also 😊 - I don’t really favour jungle gems 🤷♀️
Is this a bisque unload?
