It is such a simple statement, yet so profound. It will stick with me for a long time. We have no choice over how we are raised and what makes us who we are, no control over our genetics and environment. We have no say in the grand lottery of life and what we are is ultimately not ours to choose, through no fault of our own. Yet, as human beings, we have a moral obligation to be better than what chance dictates. To fight against entropy and the odds of our upbringing. To be empathetic and loving and kind to each other, for we were given a life amongst many other lives. This is our responsibility.
9 hours later… I really like this story, and all the touching moments with Abraham, reconnecting with loved ones, the euphoria of the trans woman’s story. Im sad about the ending. I really wished Fortuna and Abraham could have been friends (maybe even something more), and you can really see how much Abraham hurts :( I’m so glad you played this. Never would have found this game without you.

I have been watching this playthrough in smaller sections and have reached the halfway mark. At this point I have 100% internalized your voice as the only cannon portrayal of Abramar ❤🔥They need to get you on board if they get an animated adaption of if there is a sequel.
In so much physical pain today-what a wonderful way to have down time to rest and enjoy. My favorite one to hold my hand walking through this story. No not saying you are, "Abramar" or anything.....just our safe Morphy. Perfect! Thanks for making our lives better.
I really enjoyed your playthrough of this game. It’s probably a combination of your very calm voice and the chill music in the background. What makes it kinda sad is that I wasn’t really watching. But I had this playing in the background while studying. And it really helped me with getting stuff done. And it was nice taking small brakes by looking over and see the character design etc. Even though I didn’t really pay attention it’s just really nice! It sounds a bit silly because of all my reasinings. But I also loved how long the video was. I knew what I could play to get some studying done! That being said, I do also love all of your chill indiegame playthroughs. But this was somehow a bit more special

*SPOILERS AHEAD* Because of you, I finally tried the game myself. Some of our choices are similar but some different. *DIFFERENCES I GOT* - I chose to be adored and the reactions was totally different from choosing being feared (ofc). - I ended up sacrificing 'the one I love the most' and it was Patrice. Surprisingly, she took it really well and was happy to know she's the one Fortuna loved the most. It made sense how pissed she was when you made her live until the universe collapsed lol bc in my dialogue, she was bored of witch life. - ABRAMAR FELL IN LOVE WITH ANOTHER BEHEMOTH! I had the choice to reunite him with his first love (the first witch) but I chose to make him find another love. Hence that results. I just think it's lovely. - I separated Grethe and her behemoth :D they didn't fuse! - Grethe's fate on my playthrough was to be prisoned. I'm glad she's not killed at least... Although it's still a sad fate - I got Aedana's eye instead of the necklace. (I chose knowledge) The eye let me see the truth and I got some interesting dialogue! - Capress is on the election in my playthrough AND SHE'S IN LOVE WITH AEDANA. Hence why she wants to preserve the corpse. The eye let me see through her. - In the end I also sacrificed Capress to bring back all the coven and she took it well lol. I guess those are some interesting differences I got!
this is definitely one of the best games I’ve seen in a while. the premise was amazing, there were so many unexpected twists, the storytelling was profound and extremely well written. despite the bittersweet ending of your play through, it left us with an important message, and I think there were many important messages to be taken from this game! the characters were lovable, and the choices didn’t feel like they all lead to one obvious ending which I find is my issue a lot of the time with choice based story games. there were still some frustrating moments where it felt the choices you made should have ended in a different outcome, but at the end of the day, not everything will go how you expect it to and that’s ok. like the game said, it’s not your fault, but it’s your responsibility how you deal with it, and I think the gameplay itself really drove that home! loved it :) p.s. it took me like 5 days to finish watching this video but it was nice to have something to look forward to in my free time hehe

No one is claiming that Astrid was somehow biologically female from the start, that isn’t what the comment said. They said that the universe recognized Astrid as a woman, and that’s basically what happened in the game. It’s canon, it won’t be erased no matter how much you complain. You clearly didn’t watch the part of the video that the comment is referring to, and no one in the game ever denied that she was biologically male, what they did was to call her a witch, because she clearly became a witch.

I finished the game twice (wasnt satisfied with the ending the first time) and started watching this to see different choices. I never thought I could watch a 9 hour long video and LOVE every second of it!! I've been looking forward to getting cozied up with this playthrough for like 4 days now and it was such a chill time!! I appreciate how much effort you put into creating the deck and was fully interested in the game until the end, I think a lot of people would get tired and just try to be done with it already loll

I've never vibed so much than when you talk about Grethe's "What drives you?" Achievement is a cherry on top, but curiousity and enjoyment are what driving the action first and foremost.
Being pitied fits well with the air element. It's after all the negative space, the emptiness to give other things context, something to fill. Thus pity imo would fit it quite well. better than adoration or fear.

I was about 4 years old and loved all creatures and plants, still do. Well, there was a bumble bee, the fuzzy ones on a rose and I tried to pet it. It stung me and mom heard me cry and figured the sting hurt. I responded, "I petted him because I liked him, and he did not like me back." A child's heart.

I've recently beaten the game and wanted to experience a different playthrough without playing it myself. I was "bananas" for this playthrough! I love that you can design your own cards and have multiple possibilities for interpretation. As you made your choices, I enjoyed your reasoning as it gave more of a peek of the man behind the voice. This definitely was a cozy enjoyable experience!

I've been staying away from playthroughs of this as I knew I wanted to play the game. Finished it the other day and was so looking forward to watching this. And I'm so glad I did! Fantastic 10 hours! Quite a few choices were different from my own so I got to experience the game in a whole new light. Also, I found it quite funny that it all started with this unquenchable thirst for revenge and slowly got more and more wholesome. I think the characters are fantastic, so you naturally want to help them instead of focus on revenge. While I do want to replay this at some point in the future, and going down the revenge path could be fun, I don't think I have the heart to do that to these characters. Recently picked up tarot as well, and I think it's such an amazing tool for introspection, and helping me trust my instincts more instead of overthinking. And as you said towards the end, the game captures that really well. Most choices actually make you think. And I always found myself thinking about what would be best for the character, as well as what I would want for myself. Fantastic game. Fantastic playthrough. Thank you!

Weird that the snow golem triggered memeories for morph. It reminded me of when i was young and it snowed. It didnt usually snow enough ti make a snowman, but it had snowed a lot so my mum let me out to build one. A group of teenagers were having a snowball fight across the road and ran out of snow. They came and took my snowman in front of me and destroyed him :(

I finished the game twice (wasnt satisfied with the ending the first time) and started watching this to see different choices. I never thought I could watch a 9 hour long video and LOVE every second of it!! I've been looking forward to getting cozied up with this playthrough for like 4 days now and it was such a chill time!!
I appreciate how much effort you put into creating the deck and was fully interested in the game until the end, I think a lot of people would get tired and just try to be done with it already loll

Being pitied fits well with the air element. It's after all the negative space, the emptiness to give other things context, something to fill. Thus pity imo would fit it quite well. better than adoration or fear.

I finally finished watching this whole thing and I'm just shattered. So much emotion!
BANANA. Paying attention. You shared the prawn story. It was a memory that as an adult seemed silly, but you only were a tiny child, and you shared your child heart. So, I will share one of mine. I was about 4 years old and loved all creatures and plants, still do. Well, there was a bumble bee, the fuzzy ones on a rose and I tried to pet it. It stung me and mom heard me cry and figured the sting hurt. I responded, "I petted him because I liked him, and he did not like me back." A child's heart.
Enjoying this so much. On the question of who to prioritise: me or everyone. I choose me. No one else will, and if I am ok, I can help and support others. If I'm not ok, I'm reliant on the goodwill of others.

When you were setting up your choices I was thinking that I would have picked curiosity for my choice but I like your "in the moment" concept of pleasure. Very powerful story. Thank you for this! I can't help wondering what would've happened to Fortuna if you had continued making power and vengeance choices all the way through. She might have been powerful enough to change the ending. I've recently beaten the game and wanted to experience a different playthrough without playing it myself.
I'm usually a bit wary when it comes to watching a playthrough of someone I don't know yet but I felt right at home the moment your video started.
I adore the comfy vibe and how invested you get while playing. Your open mindedness and humor felt very refreshing as well. I also loved your slow descent into silliness the longer the video went.

I was "bananas" for this playthrough! I love that you can design your own cards and have multiple possibilities for interpretation. As you made your choices, I enjoyed your reasoning as it gave more of a peek of the man behind the voice. This definitely was a cozy enjoyable experience!
I love this game so much. Although I was sad when I specifically only put pepperoni on half the pizza to account for Eva being vegan, but the game didn't pick up on that detail.

I've been staying away from playthroughs of this as I knew I wanted to play the game. Finished it the other day and was so looking forward to watching this. And I'm so glad I did! Fantastic 10 hours! Quite a few choices were different from my own so I got to experience the game in a whole new light. Also, I found it quite funny that it all started with this unquenchable thirst for revenge and slowly got more and more wholesome. I think the characters are fantastic, so you naturally want to help them instead of focus on revenge. While I do want to replay this at some point in the future, and going down the revenge path could be fun, I don't think I have the heart to do that to these characters. Recently picked up tarot as well, and I think it's such an amazing tool for introspection, and helping me trust my instincts more instead of overthinking. And as you said towards the end, the game captures that really well. Most choices actually make you think. And I always found myself thinking about what would be best for the character, as well as what I would want for myself. Fantastic game. Fantastic playthrough. Thank you!

Weird that the snow golem triggered memeories for morph. It reminded me of when i was young and it snowed. It didnt usually snow enough ti make a snowman, but it had snowed a lot so my mum let me out to build one. A group of teenagers were having a snowball fight across the road and ran out of snow. They came and took my snowman in front of me and destroyed him :(
