14 spinal fractures and 11 broken ribs! I can’t imagine how much pain Courtney was in. I knew from how stiff she was, she was definitely hurt but she was so stoic I never imagined it would be so bad. That’s our worst nightmare as horseback riders. So glad she’s on the road to recovery!
I was thrown off my horse at a horse show, and fractured my back. This was back in 1980. I was in hospital for 3 weeks. I was home for a few days when I was rushed back into the hospital for my appendix. I hope you have a great day 🙂⚘️.
Wonderful and informative video. Exceptional care by the paramedics. Viewers can learn how to be observant and know that they should request care quickly.😊🎉
It helps the patient get pure oxygen into their lungs. Even though the patient is having difficulty breathing air is still getting into their lungs, so it's better for that air to be 100% oxygen instead of room air.

With trouble breathing, why are the paramedics giving oxygen??

I am sure the paramedics know what they are doing!
