Spent 17 years selling different cargo carriers at a store I worked at. I preferred ones made from aluminum as they weighed less than ones made from steel and do not rust. Being lighter also made the aluminum ones much easier to pick up and install by one person
@Shaman196 I use an aluminum carrier and it shows no signs of wear or tear. Biggest problem I have seen is people overloading the carriers and not storing the steel carries in a dry place after use. Look for a carrier platform that is one piece and not two sections bolted together.
@@Jason_Phillips3679 What about hauling a trailer or a boat? I've ran one of these all over NW Oregon and SW Washington and never been bothered a single time. I had it on for about 3 months one time. Never an issue but maybe you live in a different state that has a different opinion.
the cargo carriers are more or less all the same. max loads 500lbs. and an IQ of at least 50 to load right. lighter or heavier if you are a weak scrub or make your wife put it on decides which one you get. ffs this isn't rocket science.

what about Leader rear hitch cargo carrier that becomes a table?
Great alternative to a roof top carrier!
A great video material and very relevant information fascinated me the way you explain the subject, thank you for sharing, you have all my support!
You cant block your license plate
If needed just zip tie your license plate onto the cargo carrier.

Pure opinion. The most common carriers are not even featured.
