parity means number of live births of age of viability excluded present pregnancy so parity index in case of twins would b G2P2 if she not G2P1 as u said ,mam it's in the standard book of ten teachers ....

As ma'am said Parity means no. of past pregnancies that have passed the period of viability and not no. of live births/foetus so G2P1 is correct.

Ivf or no spontaneous pregnancy is at risk? I don't think its fall under goi high risk...you said ivf needs because of pcos which associates with diabetis... Directly diabetes is a risk factor so why we need indirectly ask spontaneous or non spontaneous pregnancy? If ivf it causes still birth risk then specify it...
