Hi. In the 1st trimester there won't be an abdominal findings. The uterus is palpable after 12 weeks. It reaches the umbilicus at about 20 weeks and the xiphisternum at 36 weeks.
From 20 weeks to 36 weeks, the SFH should correspond to the POG.
The Maneuvers (grips) are done after 28 weeks.
