      Why are your parents or your immediate relative not sponsoring you, and a mutual friend who is a US citizen sponsoring you? You need to be ready with a good answer to convince the vo to get your F1 visa.

      @eacc  ปีที่แล้ว

      You must mention that your brother-in-law and sister sponsor your US student visa. Let the VO know that he and your sister is a US citizen. Need to reason why they are sponsoring you and your reason for returning to your home country. It is important to be clear in your visa interview; if the VO finds out that you are hiding information in your visa interview, your chances of visa denial are more.
      As your brother-in-law and your sister are US citizens and your parents cannot sponsor you, there is a risk of visa denial. But, it is important to be clear in your visa answer if asked the question by VO

      You need to convince VO why your husband is joining you. What is your husband doing? Who will take care of his business in his absence if he has a business? etc. You may get your student visa if your answer convinces VO.

    I've been refused 4 times. The fourth time, when I went to the window, the officer told me that neither him nor his next colleague can interview me. I had to go to the third window who didn't interview me yet. But the conclusion was: "Unfortunately, I cannot overcome the previous decisions my colleague had taken". So what I have to do?

    Hi sir, my visa for the summer intake 2023 has been rejected in Hyderabad consulate. My uncle was sponsoring my education from New Zeland with $100k in savings, but for my next interview, I plan to change my sponsor to my personal funds and an education loan. I will also be updating my DS-160 form with the new personal sponsor details instead of uncle. Can you please advise if there are any potential consequences i face for changing the sponsor information during the interview? Please replay to this sir.
    Thank you.

    • @eacc
      @eacc  ปีที่แล้ว

      If you are changing your sponsor information, it is important to explain why you are doing so. You should be prepared to explain the reasons for the change, such as if your uncle can no longer provide financial support or if you have found alternative funding sources.
      Further, Why your parents are not sponsoring you? Instead of changing Sponsor, I recommend adding a Primary Sponsor, your immediate relative. As long as you have sufficient funds to support your education and living expenses and can provide documentation to support your new sponsor information, there should be no major issues with changing your sponsor information during the interview. However, it is important to remember that the ultimate decision lies with the visa officer, and they may ask for additional documentation or clarification during the interview.
      It would be helpful to consult with an experienced education abroad counselor who can guide you on presenting your updated sponsor information and help you prepare for the visa interview. They can review your financial documents, advise you on the best way to present your case, provide tips on handling any potential questions or concerns from the visa officer and provide you with mock interview preparation.

      Your parents or your real siblings are your best sponsor for visa purposes. If a question is asked about a sponsor, you need to prove why your uncle is sponsoring you and not your parents. If the VO is not convinced, there is a chance of visa denial.

    Is there an issue if my real elder brother who is not married and financial stable is my sponsor? Can there be a primary and secondary sponsor like my brother as primary and parents as secondary. Please suggest me.

    • @eacc
      @eacc  ปีที่แล้ว

      You can provide the necessary information about your parent's profession and financial status and explain that your elder brother has agreed to sponsor your education. The parents don't need to be the sponsor, and the U.S. government has no such requirement. However, it is essential to explain why your elder brother is sponsoring and provide accurate and complete information about the sponsor and his financial resources. It is crucial to prove that your family is well-settled in your home country and has the necessary funds for your study abroad. Sir Actually, as a single parent (mother), my cousin did not receive any financial support from her mother. However, her uncle stepped in and provided her with an amount between 20 to 25 lakhs. She also took out an education loan for the remaining amount, which was up to 30 lakhs. As a result, she was able to change her sponsor from her uncle to her personal funds and loan. The college she applied to was Saint Leo with a fee of 28 lakhs, including tuition fee and living expenses.
    I need clarification on how to convince the visa interviewer about the funding. I also require your support since the consultant is not providing clear information about this case and is causing confusion. My cousin has been rejected twice so far wheather it is about funding or something else, and I hope that with your assistance, we can avoid further rejections.

    Can a spouse sponsor me

    • @eacc
      @eacc  ปีที่แล้ว

      Is your spouse a US citizen? If yes, your spouse can sponsor you.
      If you are in the United States on a student visa (such as an F-1 visa), you typically do not have the ability to sponsor a spouse for a dependent visa directly through your student status.
      However, if you are in the United States on a student visa and you wish to have your spouse join you in the U.S., your spouse may be able to apply for a dependent visa, such as an F-2 visa.
