@prashantsinghal9323,thanks for watching my video. I am not sure about the tye shoes but so far as it is not open toes and it is black leather or these days some people are using sneakers. So far as you can easily clean it especially if it comes in contact with bodily fluids.

Do you get the option to wear a dress or the t shirt for HCA?

@unknownboo8738, it depends on the employer and what they offer. Most employers will supply the uniform, either dress, trousers and tops or scrubs.

It's very difficult to spot a nurse or doctor, as all staff - orderlies, nurses, doctors - are dressed in designer bin-bags. This is a politically correct rejection of tradition on the part of NHS management (preferring high fives instead of a handshake). But ask patients, and they'll tell you that there's something comforting about a nurse who looks like a nurse and a doctor who looks like a doctor. And a nurse in a dress, especially, as it visually confirms her feminine role as carer.

@-legion, I agree with the traditional nursing Uniforms , easy for patients to identify who is the matron, healthcare assistant or Nurse, but I hope as time goes on, people will get used to the new Uniforms. Apparently Scotland and Northern Ireland wear something similar to the new Proposed uniform for England.
