Awesome room. Looking into buying a property with a detached 20' x 30' garage that was split in half. Living area in the front and the back half is an area to do wood, metal, or car work in. My only addition to what is in there is a shuffleboard table and dartboard.
We had a pool table in my last house. I still haven't forgiven my dad for selling it when we moved here. I missed it. If I knew then I was going to be into man caves, I would tried harder to convince him to keep it. Well from his side, he made more money selling it than when he bought it. If I ever do get another pool table again, it will be the Black Knight with the black wood and bright blue velvet surface and Coors Light lamp above it.
When my dad bought the house the owner wanted an absurd amount more for the pool table - My dad said that the seller could keep the pool table. Turned out it would cost more money for the seller to move the pool table than to build a new one. My dad ended up getting the pool table free (exclusive of the house purchase price)
