Orks have the best reactions to risky situations, space marines maybe have no fear and guardsmen maybe successed in ignoring it but orks just simply don't give a shit
There's an ork super heavy that is based on the baneblade. It's called a skullhamma, they ripped the lascannons off it (probably for beamy deffguns) and about doubled the caliber of the main turret gun. Beautiful craters it makes.
In Dawn of war nothing since the ability to loot vehicles was never really applied but in 40k lore they most likely would've used it (after fixing it up and making it more Orky of course) as Orks salvage and repair nearly anything they can get their hands on :)
Aw Retribution really should've had different missions especially to compensate for the unpredictable nature of Ork teleportation technology. Maybe they could've ended up on a planet they didn't want to go to as opposed to the same linear pathway of the other races.
When I played this level, it bugged up something serious.. suddenly, all havocs was replaced by Eliphases, all guardsmen by tyranid warriors, and they had a nasty habit of spamming Fire prisms. On the other hand, at the end of it, all my heroes was on level five.. Not too bad a bargain.
@Papadragon18 I played one level with the tyranids and all chimeras were replaced with BANEBLADES and wraithlords and fire prisims were all over the map.
