Yeah its been 9 months, I've reached out three-ish times, changed a bunch, the only way i didn't change was move on. Safe to say I'm never hearing from her again.
Got my ex back after 6 months no contact. Worked on myself. Made new friends.go out alot. Starting off slowly with my ex. It's working. Was the dumper. Sent my ex a I miss you text after 4 months of no contact. It worked.❤

If I was stupid (emotional) and removed her from my social medias. Not only me unfollowing, but to make her unfollow me. Now, no matter what I'll do, she'll probably won't notice it. Is there anything to do here? Or am I a lost case as I fear through my many mistakes? 😅
My ex and I have had a rough patch for a couple months. I don't know why or what happened. We started arguing all the time etc. Saying mean hurtful things, spending less time together etc. Now we aren't together. One week ago he came to me and said he wanted this to work. I told him I need time to figure myself out and maybe we could try a friendship first. He ignored me and then 3 days later he got really mean. Yelled at me and told me to work on myself. He blocked me 5 days ago. I don't understand what happened in those couple days.

My situation is similar. We had been arguing, fighting, talking less for the last couple of months. When he came to reconcile, I was mad at him. But his ignorance, not behaving like before, delaying marriage, etc, etc issues we were having conflicts.

Hi coach, hope you good. My ex went through a stressful time at work and home, and experienced to me that she wanted time, I didn't really give it to her, which was my mistake, so she eventually got worse and just "snapped" and broke up with me. We spoke about it, and I said she overreacted and she said she has to judge that for herself, but later still stood on decision to break up. However, we still stayed in contact, and continued as if we didn't break up. She didn't want to meet up in the beginning, but a few weeks later we met up for her birthday, I got her some gifts and a small cake, she cried, we had a good time etc. In between our daily talks, there is mild flirting, and she just give hints that "we still together but it's complicated" but it's done in an innuendo type way, as she doesn't say it straight up. I still call her things like love and Hun and she doesn't mind it, but now when I tried to express some emotional lovy dovy things she said she doesn't want to hear it, so there's a lot of mixed signals going on. We talk every day, mild flirting, still says "we together" but not in those words, but doesn't want to see as often, in fact, she won't ask, I have to. But I don't do it every week. What's going on with her? I know that she went through a really hectic time at work and at home, she's stressed and hasn't managed to get rest, thats why she wanted space in the beginning before all this happened. But still a lot of hot and cold, and yes to things and no to others, but shys away from communication of emotional things. Why? Can you explain whats going on and what to do? Thank you

Hi coach, my man just disappeared stopped calling, no messages from October 21 2022. We were all good, we did not have a fight or anything. I have not said a word to him am just quiet and observing. I think you need to connect through call or even it's better to meet face to face because for any relationship communication is more important, also if you meet do not talk for past bad experience, just talk about present good and funny thing or incident
What if I value my vows and he’s really exaggerating my behaviors as to why he left our home after 10 years. I took accountability for the mistakes I’ve made. I mishandled arguments and bickering and now he’s making it seem like I was a control freak and this monster when I was the only one that believed in him and encouraged him to believe in himself when no one else did and I stood by his side and supported him to the success and career and the man he’s become today and I didn’t judge him his bad past and no job no GED and I accepted him because I saw potential. I’ve been his rock through every chapter in his life to better himself and the list goes on to how I have been caring for this man and married him and gave him a daughter. Now I’m the worst woman on earth and he’s so angry and resentful towards me all because I’ve made some mistakes and mishandled arguments and bickering?
