      Currently it's the training seaaon, he'll probably compete by the start of the indoor season which is in 2 to 3 months

      I will compete in Finnish national indoor championships at February. I have full focus in summer so the nationals is only checkpoint.

      That’s only one race… Yes it is. If you mean current pb. It is 7.10 coz I dont have run full indoor season since 2020

    Sir please guide me...on how to increase Top Speed

      I will do a video about top speed but I don’t have any max velocity workouts yet so it will be a little bit later.

      @@jonassteep Actually i ran 800m or trying to improve my 400m from past couple months in order to improve 400 i had to improve my 100 or mph..i'm self coached athlete and went from 18mph to 19.3mph,but got stuck at this point i'm just helpless now😓😓..👇here is my some data👇.
      I'm 5'7 weighted 117lbs.
      1)sprint top speed 2x week,a.m 2)acceleration 1x week,a.m
      3)Mobility 1x week,
      4)Technique (A-series of les-spellman) etc..1x week a.m
      5)Speed endurance 1x week
      6)Weight Room exercise after a.m session(Squats{145lbs for 6reps}, Bench press 100lbs 6 reps, Deadlift 265lbs 3 reps etc..
      7) Evening session:-All type of plyometric and drills etc...divided acco..to each day goals..
      Weakness:-
      1)-Land ahead COM in top speed
      2)-Broad jumps, vertical jump no. Sucks 🥲🥲
      3)-Alot leg bend at knee in top speed
      4)-Average transition phase..

      I don't know anything about 400m training but if you want improve your 100m time I can give a few tips. You might need more power so a little bit more of weight room workouts. That will help your bounding when you have ability to work in smaller knee angles.@@GrowwithDharma

      suggest something related power training in weight room.. which can help me..
