This is the Concertino op. 125 for alto saxophone and obligatory flute, with orchestral accompaniment, by Andre Ameller. Recorded in 1959.
I own the CD this audio is derived from. My sole purpose in uploading this is to share this gorgeous, forgotten piece of music.
