Lovely episode as always. Your scenery clips make me want to visit Bermuda again. The new designs are truly amazing, and I will definitely put them in the queue!! The vest for cake palooza is to die for! I'm just learning cables, so I'll most likely do a hat to test my capability before taking that one on LOL. Safe travels, and looking forward to the next episode. Kim
Thank you so much Kim! Cables are fun - you'll really love them and a hat is a great place to start. Enjoy & thanks!

Thanks for watching!
Gorgeous designs!
Thank you! Cheers!
In Portuguese Sargasso means seaweed. Lovely, lovely sweater 💚💚💚
Yes exactly. The Sargasso Sea is a sea of seaweed and Bermuda is very much in it. ❤️
You are such a prolific knitter! Inspiring patterns. Enjoy your vacation!
Thank you so much!
Beth, what gorgeous pieces your designing! I'm excited for the Cakepolooza sweater- I'll be there too!
Yay!!! See you there!❤️
This pattern is so stunning! Both colors look fabulous and I adore the way you emphasize the best of a woman’s shape. Thanks for making patterns that real women can wear in such a beautiful ways. ♥️
Thank you! What a wonderful compliment!!! ❤❤❤
Gorgeous beach stroll! I love your new designs. I'll be at The Lamb and Kid in August and must pick up some Trio for your Sargasso Boxy Raglan in preparation for the pattern release!
Oooh have fun! It's such an amazing store!!! One of a kind for sure!!! Enjoy!
Hello from Swansea, Illinois.
fun patterns this season, so love seeing your pics of the island
Thank you!
The Sargasso is a slipped stitch pattern?! Can't wait!
Yup! Super simple and super rhythmic. I think you will really enjoy the knitting 😉❤
I just want to say I love your necklace! Your knits are always so stunning. I want to teach my little boy how to knit. However, he's five and I'm afraid he’ll use the needles as weapons. Have a wonderful vacation. Happy knitting 💚🧶💚
Thank you! Yes 5 might be a bit young. Really depends on the child. I cant remember when Oliver was knitting but he's always been happy to sit still and figure things out. It was great for a time and now he doesn't knit but I'm sure he could if he picked up some needles now. Happy knitting!
Thank you for such great color inspirations. I can tell you are an interior designer and very cool that in has been brought into your knitting. I can't wait for the new patterns. PS. I and the one who sent you a question on revelry regarding the Pothos. It is finished and I wore it yesterday. I love that your pattern names have a cool meaning. Thanks again. Julie of the KnittyKats.
Thank you so much! What a compliment! Glad you are enjoying the Pothos and happy to have been able to help. Happy knitting!
Also, this pattern is darling!!!
Delightful, love the new designs, your beaches are beautiful is it safe to swim?
Yes they are! Very safe for swimming. These videos were shot at dusk and I guess everyone was home eating dinner, but during the day they are very busy. ❤
That Dimond Laine Vest is dreamy! Are you planning to attend Rhinebeck? (Sorry if you mention this later in the video). I would love for it to be one of my Rhinebeck sweaters! ❤
Yes I am! Love to see you there and that would be a perfect Rhinebeck sweater (or vest)! I was planning on wearing mine for one of the days. See you there!
What is the Sea Swell knitted in? It’s gorgeous!!!
I've used DeRerum Natura Antigone - one of my favorite summer yarns to knit with and wear.❤
Hi, Beth! I am hoping to have this vest done and dusted for Rhinebeck, and in order to accomplish this lofty (for me) goal, I would like to purchase my yarn before the pattern releases in September. I am hoping to used the same yarn (I LOVE all things Dimond Laine/Lamb and Kid) in the colors you’ve used in your sample. Can you tell me what they are? I can’t wait to add this to my small pile of “Rhinebeck Sweaters.” It will be my second year attending, and I’ve been planning my sweaters ever since last year! ❤
Oh sure thing! All yarns and colors are listed in the show notes. Hope that helps! Happy knitting! It’s a quick one!❤️
This was my first time watching your podcast. Really enjoyed seeing your vests and the beautiful scenery.
However, I was surprised to see your dog because she is a twin to our dog, Brownie. We got him as a rescue and have always been curious what his breed is. Do you know what breed Luna is?
Wish I could attach a picture to show how identical he looks. 😊❤
Amazing! Luna is a real mix: collie Spanish street dog for a mother, Doberman/pitbul etc mix for a father. Ours was a rescue too but the island is small so we’ve figured out her lineage 😜❤️
@bethmacdonaldstone Interesting. I can definitely see the doberman influence. I wonder how similar Luna and Brownie are. We were told that Brownie was probably from New Mexico (we're in Colorado). Thanks for the info!
You say you throw your linen tanks in the wash and don’t lay it out to dry. Does this mean you throw it in the dryer?
I have sometimes put them in the dryer and sometimes laid them flat. Really depends on my mood :) The dryers are harder on the fabric for sure but sometimes I just couldnt be bothered!!!
Necklines
That's the word! Was on the tip of my tongue!!!😂😂😂
