I hope that if GTA VI has property managements, they are more like what we got in Vice City where you get full on proper extra missions. Maybe ones that can affect the story and the world around you. GTA V’s property managements just felt pointless.

You have to leave the Lester assassination missions until after you complete the big score. It's the only way to get 2.1 billion for each character. Every Lester assassination mission affects certain companies in the ingame stock market. GTA Series Videos has a video on that, I highly recommend you watch it.

I really wanted to play those missions, but sometimes i keep playing for more than 5 hours in a row and nothing happens at all...

Although I did not pass them all completely, and when I looked at the statistics, I noticed that the plot events were supposedly completely passed. Random events work with time, which means that earnings with the help of altruists disappear because people from a random event with time cannot be sent to them.
