To play GTA5 at 100% you have a HUGE amount of very variable side missions. There is nothing to be added to the story mode and you got lots of DLCs for the online mode.

If I remember correctly, the events with the Duke O' Death and the seaplane are only available to returning players on PS4/XBOX ONE players. Also, in that cove where you steal the plane, if you dive underwater, you can find a grenade launcher...at least it is there in the PS3 version. I'm not sure about the next-gen versions...I did notice that some of the weapon pickups change between the PS3/4 versions. For instance, there's a plane crash site just N/NW of the docks where you can find a bunch of goodies, one of which is another grenade launcher, but the weapon changes...on the PS3 it is a grenade launcher, but on the PS4 it changes to a shotgun. Also, these pickups are only available in story mode.
FUN FACT: Lacey Jonas ( the woman in Escape paparazzi ) is the only person to survive the altruist camp ( if you decide to bring her there with Trevor ) as she can be seen in Nightclub missions in GTA online!

Everyone can do them now as there was a glitch in the system and they didnt know who transferred, so they made everyone have access to it
