    I literally bought my stepper 1 month ago and you teach so well I feel like I am doing this since years :)
    I love this playlist, since I can just do these videos till I cannot do anymore and time my training matching to my fitness levels :)

    Oh my goodness, this is the first time I was able to understand the moves and follow on que because I watched all the videos before this one where I learned the steps individually. This was so fun. I just turned 40 and have worked out all my life. I am looking for something new to keep me excited about working out and this is my new hobby. Thank you!

    Hi Chris! I turned 67 last month and decided to learn step aerobics, because if not now, when? Right? Thank you SOOOOO MUCH for these awesome tutorials! You are an amazing teacher, and with your help I am feeling more confident on my step! Really appreciate your work and am telling everyone I know about your channel. 💗💗💗

    That turn step with the other moves is challenging. However, tomorrow I will be back to practice until I master it. Thanks for the tutorial.

    I'm a little thrown off because you are turned facing the middle of the step rather than the end. I find myself moving to the opposite end and them not having enough room for the turn. I will keep at it though before moving onto the next set of moves. I'm tyring to get into a comfortable place to move up to intermediate.
