    Great review!
Glad I'm not the only one whose 'Hip pops out' when getting on a bike 😂

I must have watched about 30 videos of the new Honda Hornet. Everyone mentioned positives and negatives about the bike. But they were illogical things like why doesn't it have cruise control. I mean it's not a tourer. Or why doesn't it have a 180 back wheel. I mean what can you do with a 180 back wheel that you can't with a 160? Honda does have to cut the price somewhere. However on the other hand I have to completely agree 100% with all your positives and negatives about the bike since they were all en point. I might only add a negative of why it has tubed tires (If thats correct I mean). So well done on your PERFECT judgement and review. I loved it. Just got my Hornet last week. I also got the soft side cases which although a little small (cant fit a helmet), they look the part extremely well. Thanks so much.

Quite amazing Honda have managed to retail this at £6999, compared to the Forza 750 scooter at £10399. The parallel twin engine is different. The quickshifter option sounds great. I'm a fan of CVT, and preferred it over DCT., (750 Forza). With a good quickshifter (extra), you are probably nearly up there with CVT, and better than the clunky DCT changes at low revs. Honda are onto a winner.

Amusing review. Pity about the wind noise at the end. Interesting that you were raving about the performance as this was in standard mode not the sport mode that would have been faster and lowered the engine braking, however with the weather conditions I can understand why you didn't try it.

I really like your reviews BUT can you pls stop bringing up the issue regarding the horn and indicators on honda bikes if you own a honda you now no difference but you still bring it up and it's getting a bit boring hearing it time and time again

They need to make a sports touring version that has weather protection to compete against the Tiger Sport 660.

Great review, How would you think this bike would be on some European tours. I know you do some Magellan tours and I quite fancy doing some of them.

This looks like my winter commute to work (i.e. it’s pissing it down). Nice to see it made you smile even in this weather with all that power . Thanks for a great review ! New subscriber.

Really great review. Thanks for highlighting the importance of the engine braking. I think that’s a really useful characteristic of the Hornets 750 performance. This Honda is top of the class, and your journalism in this report is so transparent. Thanks to you both I’m sold

Just bought a Hornet from Damerells. Great people to deal with. I enjoy your videos and it helps that you are local and I recognise the places you take the bikes.

Bike looks great and an interesting review. I've already got a 2nd winter hack bike but this would make a great alternative.
Shame the wind noise spoilt the review a little.

A pity about the wind noise, it detracted from a good review. Like Toby said, this would be a great second bike. 🤔 A lot of bike for the money. I think this will definitely oust the MT07 from top naked middleweight slot.

That wind noise was very annoying. I have one of these as a second bike on order. Can't wait to get it

The base price maybe £6999, however the bike you are riding is at least £8400, that exhaust looks looks great, but over 10% of the purchase price!
Oh and just in case, I love the bike got mine last week, its a great bike, But the weather protection is SHITE, You shouldn't get covered in shit on your back, god help any pillion in the rain!
