- Baltimore is filing a court petition in an effort to prevent the crew members on board the Dali cargo ship from leaving the U.S.A motions hearing in U.S. District Court is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Thursday, 12 weeks after the Dali crashed into the Francis Scott Key Bridge, causing its collapse.

What more is there to know? Was the crew involved or not? Some must be just deck hands. Are they the ship's officers? The ship didn't seem fit to leave the port.
From investigation, crew not actually involved, this is an accident.
Even if it was an accident, they could be found negligent...if that's the case, they should face justice.
As on ship many machinery are there
Here the circuit breaker tripped,still we don't know why it is tripped.
If they know there is a problem and not informed then they are negligent. Till now we don't know whether they knew about this fault.
As crew is working only four months, then they will join another ship after leave.
