Tom Jones was a favorite of mine after I first heard that baritone, powerful voice. He was, and still is, a standout among other entertainers. Whether it was a ballad ("Green, green grass of Home" and "Brother, can you spare a dime"), rock, or contributing to the James Bond series (opening for Thunderball), his passion for his music had soul and he gave it his all.
And while I spoke of him in the past tense, he is an artist, among others like Gordon Lighfoot (now deceased), that inspired me to pursue music that live on, as he does, to this day.
It's sad that you contribute to your channel a video of someone who has not died, while claiming they have. Tom Jones continues to sing his songs, and still entertain with the enthusiasm of a much younger man.
