Strengthen Your Hips | Pilates, Yin with Breath Work & Foot Massage Relaxation

  • In this session we will be strengthening the muscles in the hips and glutes to help prevent and reduce hip and low back pain. These exercises are gentle and designed to engage your muscles in a safe and effective way. Use each these exercises in sets of 3-4 if you would like to feel more of a burn! 🔥
    We then get into a yin stretch with break work to release any tension through the muscles surrounding the glutes and hips.
    We finish with a foot massage to gove our beautiful feet some love snd gratitudefor carrying us through life! ✨
