  • @MrSawborob

    If you are doing this at home and have nothing to do pull ups with, what could you substitute this with?

  • @Dac1011
    @Dac1011 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    1st attempt. Couldn’t do it all at once. Had to rest for a few seconds. Stil almost killed me. Did it all in 40 mins. Gonna do it twice a week on top of my other workouts. See what happens. Felt awesome at the end though. Albeit fubar 🤣

  • @Demonicpandaeyes0101

    I'm 15 years old I run for 30 min when I wake up in the morning and do full body work out for 1 hour nearly every day is that too mush?

    • @rossey5326
      @rossey5326 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Cameron Romney yeah mate, need a day or two off to let your body recover

  • @fabienfaure78
    @fabienfaure78 7 ปีที่แล้ว

    James, with your level of fitness it should take 20', I spent 8min20sec on it, OK the box jump wasn't as high for the lack of a propoer one and probably my weakest point, so add a minute there. I added the 60 press ups that are not in the video.
    or is it 2 reps of the whole sequence in 20'?
    cheers James, cool workout to add as a proper warm up for a day at work ;-)

    • @fabienfaure78
      @fabienfaure78 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      actually and just to be sure, did a second round after the first post, ie. 3-4 min rest and came up with roughly the same time. Maybe I should get back to Rugby ;-) (used to play 8 or 7 until 7 year ago)
      when better days will come i'll get down to your running session, i like intervals mixed with various works.

      +James Haskell I find that there is not much respect between rugby fans towards the NFL and vice versa, but when it comes the players they fully respect the other sport, do you find this the case? BTW, really love your channel.

      befosocial He´s an international rubgy player. He plays for england and believe me, only a few in the world reach that level. No one "inmobile" plays rugby there! in fact he is a very explosive player.
