Recently changed from my normal workout to your legs workout from the rugby ebook, had decent sized legs before but feel like my muscle mass has increased at a much quicker rate since. Awesome, huge help! Cheers James

I do something similar but I start at 8 reps of each exercise then each set drop a rep for each exercise until I get to 1 then the last set is 8 again.
