The past couple videos have been me answering questions from my friends, and I'm loving it. I've started getting questions from the comments and I'm really stoked about it. So if you want me to cover anything for you, let me know. As always, it's just data, never my opinions or ideas.

I can’t believe this only has a couple hundred views this is SOLID advice, at the very least writing down a list of goals gives you something to aim at. Doesn’t matter if you miss a few times just means you gotta work on your shooting 😊

Having to min-max life is not ok. Videos like this are definitely helpful but I think the min-maxxing or juggling different priorities leaves a person vulnerable. Only works in the relatively well-off situation inhabitants of western countries have grown to take for granted. Classics are always a great place to start when you are asking the big question. Whether that's Anne of Green Gables or Meditations, it's better than pop philosophy. Beware band-aid fixes for the symptoms of a broken society and dead culture

All depends on what each person wants, if somebody wants to max out, then hell yeah!
I don't know about this stuff only working for people who are well off (Frankl's work seems to say otherwise) and I didn't see any data about broken societies or dead cultures, but I can definitely take a look for ya.

I live in said western countries so idk if this is privilege speaking but I believe having reasonable goals can work for literally anyone. Of course you have to take your limitations into account, you shouldn’t aim to become a pop star if you have none of the resources to do so, but maybe that’s someone’s dream and their goals are simply to get ahold of the resources they need to start realizing that goal. I think risk management is safe and security can definitely lead to a more comfortable life, but realistically I think it’s the best time for people currently in their twenties to take big risks. We have so much space to fail and so many resources at our fingertips, might as well take a few stupid leaps now and learn from it.

What advice would you give to someone just entering their 20s?

I'm not super qualified to give advice here, but I will say this: When I was 21, I wrote out a list of goals for myself to accomplish at 25. My list looked a lot like the ones in these studies.
I'm 24 now. Almost every single goal is different. I care about different things now, and I want to succeed in different ways.
I can't really give advice to anyone, but if I were talking to my 21 year old self, I would let him know that working towards a goal is a good thing. But don't be afraid to try new things and change those goals as you learn more about yourself.
