Tbh this is more worth to buy than the Pro model. It ticks a lot of boxes at just the right price! The Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 makes it the most powerful phone in its class 💪

I have the Redmi Note 12 Turbo, which is identical to the Poco F5, down to the nice and low weight of 180 grams. The side mounted fingerprint reader requires just a very light touch to trigger and the response seems instantaneous because it is impossible to tell at which point the finger was registered -- completely different from the heavy handed push that is in the video. Oh, and I see no good reason demonstrating this model's audio without the headset. The phone jack let's you experience the audio in a very different and superior way. Finally, the 1TB memory that is on the Turbo beats any 1TByte flagship at better than one half price.

The F5 is a welcome addition with the new chipset, but the main camera is 64MP, 16 is the front facing.. so you might got that wrong there.

    Correction
    1. The only same camera sensor on F5 & F5 Pro are 64Mpx main shooter inherited from Poco F4, Omnivison OB64B. Macro, ultra wide & selfie camera are not similar. That's why F5 has better ultrawide camera due to its Sony IMX 355 (inherited from F4) unlike F5 Pro's Omnivision OV08D10.
    2. F4, F5 & F5 Pro has different AMOLED screen supplier. F4 is Samsung's E4 Amoled like F3, F5 is Tianma's AMOLED, & F5 Pro is CSOT(TCL)'s AMOLED. The bad thing is, F5 screen is a downgrade from F4 (1300nit max screen downgraded to 1000nit max screen). F5 Pro's screen though is quite an upgrade.❤

    • @shiveringisles3509
      @shiveringisles3509 ปีที่แล้ว +2

Still I don't think the 1440p screen is worth the extra price since the rest is more of a downgrade compared to the F5 (bezels, worse ultrawide sensor, lower battery life due to higher res screen, no headphone jack), and at the price of F5 Pro there are better phones if you don't need that fast SoC/1440p screen.

    • @SyedRahman97

when a phone bricks, it simply means due to one reason or the other, the hardware is unable to run the software.
Things like being stuck on the boot screen,
being sent back to the device recovery,
      or being met with a
*"⚠️ The system has been destroyed"* message (this is how Xiaomi phones display it) whenever you try to turn on the phone.
Soft bricks can be easily fixed as the name implies, it's a software brick.
But hard bricks are usually hardware level and either require professional repair, or...
well, complete replacement of said phone.
Many users of Poco x3 pros have had this brick issue due to many reasons.
But the most popular being a MIUI update issued by Xiaomi themselves.
Hardware and software disagreements/corruption killed many x3 pros, while some others is due to thermal issues.
In any case, it's not a 100% fatality rate. As some x3 pros are still alive today, but this was definitely a real, serious issue.
Personally, I won't recommend buying an x3 pro now from all the reports I've seen in the community. Heck nah.
But at least my Redmi note 10 pro is going strong after 2 years.
Though it's not completely free from issues as some users have lost their front cameras, due to thermal issues caused by faulty software.
