I agree with a lot of your aesthetic evaluations. I have (since 1973) always wondered why a gatefold photo from 1968 was included in a collection from 1962-1966. Maybe there aren't any pictures of the band from those years?!🎉

Re-stocked, but sold out again. There are still some available through the Germany store.
