Real estate tried to loot left right and center past decade, now they are facing the brunt.
Hyderabad is also on path of Bangalore like water shortages....if this happens here then employees will do work from home. Even it companies trying to move their offices in tier 3 cities.
There is so many uncertainty at Hyderabad, already we have witnessed here water shortage in gachibowli, kondapur, Hafeezpet, madhapur area..... already so many ventures and apartments has been constructed at Hyderabad. Look at kokapet neopolice area there high-rise 90% apartments flats are unsold. Hyderabad might be next ghost city like China.
It's better to invest in tier 3 cities from now onwards.
Tier 3 is waste dont invest not even dog stays there
Only retired parents who send children to clean toilets in america stay in tier-3 dont invest it is always dead market

How much time all these elevated corridors will take it to complete. Where is the money with the Govt. Sankustapana is the easiest to do. It costs hardly Rs.5000/- whereas for completion it will take 50000 cr Eg. RRR etc.
