Great effort Saurabh..👍
Thanks for informative video. You took us a ride on RR 7 :)
Beautiful travel vlog 👍👍
Nice info sir
7500 per sft in couple of years for sure. Because standalon projects are charging 6.5k within city like chanda nagar, puppalaguda..etc
I am sure price will be stable or slightly lower for next couple of years. Please don’t invest now
What about shankarpalli
no growth in kollur.... no developments in kollur
I believe you are the most informed and genuine real estate educator from Hyderabad. Following you since last 2 years. A genuine request, try avoid phone calls when you’re driving.
Hyderabad is a Cosmopolitan not like amaravati wre only locals invest
Yeah, but most of people who invested so far in Hyderabad belong to A.P😅
@@VayOfBwNHI who told do you have any data stop saying that ,even if they have invested they have invested only for profits not meharbani , people invest wre tre is potential not based on emotions
Correct sir, well said, Hyderabad is a brand in a much higher league next to major cities in India. One of the best weather, food, culture, Hyderabad has a history and Tehzeeb of its own, unmatched.
@@VayOfBwNHI AP people still invest only in Hyderabad. They don’t trust Amaravati..😀
@@Alfared-m9h Well said, not sure why they think they invested and developed Hyd.
Hyderabad was/is and always will be the best, has its own identity, Tehzeeb, food and culture
Bad time to buy in hyderabad unless it is for own consumption.
Prices will be stagnant for the coming few years.
Stay away if it is for investment.
Buying in desert Amaravati at 50k per Syd makes sense but buying Hyderabad Mokila at 70/80k does not make sense. 😂. Great logic
@kalyannnBH
Stop vomiting vemon again the amaravathi.
I never mentioned about amaravathi in my comment above.
I shared my thoughts abouts current real estate situation in Hyderabad.
Stop useless talk about amaravathi and start thinking positively.
Ghost town
kollur is not good option. It's already overpriced and you have many options in other places.
@@edutech9321 don't buy a flat in this current market situations.
Think of your finances. How much you keep on buying a house vs renting same house etc. If you really want to buy a flat request you buy in a standalone building rather than gated communities.
Place is something you need to decide based on Commute, schools, basic necessities you have etc.
@@Rd0821 dude that means definitely price won’t be affordable over there
