At first I wasn't crazy about the color, but by the end of the show, I was loving it.
love the fruit & veg baskets under the counter. for the cups a band of wood in front of them should keep them from shifting
I love the shade of the cabinets. It adds so much depth with the cabinets and walls being different shades of the same palette. Also, anything is better than what everyone else is doing. I'm kinda over the white on white. Too hard to keep clean anyway.
It is a beautiful makeover. Here’s a tip for the open shelves and baskets. On travel days I use tension curtain rods to keep things in place. I use them everywhere I want to prevent things from shifting.(even in the fridge). I enjoy watching your videos. 😊

I think it would be SOOOO much fun to "flip" rv's !!!! Park it at our house and work on it and sell it then find the next project. OMG so fun.

Love love love the baskets for fruits and veggies. The makeover is amazing. I would have said don’t bother painting the cabinets. When I’m wrong - I’m wrong. They are beautiful and gives the spaces such a chic beach vibe.

Simply lovely! I think someone would have a fulltime lucrative job just replacing floors to get rid of carpet. Hint, hint husband. You two are like Chip and Joanne in the RV world. As far as color, remember, David Bromstad of HGTV, goes through his clients closet to get a feel for their color palette. See ya out there.

At the Chicago RV show yesterday we saw AirStreams and found the washroom we liked and said, we can change the layout like LJMJ did! The Salesman was mortified!

We did Hot Wheels for my Grandson's bathroom achievements, IT WORKS! Boy love cars! After 100+ cars, we've now switched to quarters that he puts in a bank to save for bigger toys!

Wow amazing! The before and after is so different!! We are still in the process of renovating our 2006 Alpha See Ya 5th wheel. I must agree it has brighten up the RV!!! Our colors are a white, black and the island and stove area is a blue gray.. We love it! Still have more to do. Phases are the best way to go.! Thank you for the inspiration

I love the new look! It adds so much light. We have a Keystone Avalanche and I, like Marissa, love the huge windows which allow in so much light. Lightening the finish made it so homey! We love following you and your precious family!

You guys made great choices and it all turned out wonderful.
Very interesting makeover guys and love the videos! One thing that we did to our Solitude that we really love is we swapped out the microwave for a very nice KitchenAid microwave/convection oven that does a wonderful job baking and cuts down on our propane usage substantially and saves propane costs and management overhead. Also we picked up a portable induction cooktop so when we are on full hookup we use very little propane for cooking.

Hello Nathan & Marissa! Honestly, this is the best RV makeover I have ever seen. In my opinion your goal of it feels like home was definitely achieved. I love home decor and know that paint, in specific dark to light paint makes a huge difference! I absolutely love everything! This is definitely your best renovation yet! As for the vegetable baskets, I saw another video where they used a tension rod to hold a sliding door in place during travel. I personally think that could work for you as well with the baskets. It could go across the front of the baskets and meet the sides of the cabinets. Simple but possibly very effective. Anyway, let me know what you think of that idea. Great job guys!!!!!
I like the new look, the green color is very refreshing. The suspended fruit and veggie bins are a great idea-makes me want to look for some space like that in our Airstream because my produce lives in a long basket that sits on the dining table under the window. There is not much air flow in that spot, but this is the best place for the basket in our rig-for now. Thanks for the inspiration.
