I think you chose the perfect shade of mint. Vintage, but without looking like a tacky film set. Really great work, and taking care of all the details really paid of.
That went from a old fashioned camper to a modern family home with just paint and a lot of sweat. Lovely done.
We just transformed our house's kitchen simply by painting it.
Honestly, I've been looking at our before and after pictures daily since! Haha.
I'm all about organizing, but I'm not a big DIY woman myself, so this was a big project for me.

It is truly amazing what a difference a can of paint makes (plus hours of hard labor😉). The pale green paint color adds some warmth to the space and breaks up all the white. I'm embarrassed to say that when we moved into our house, we painted our cabinets but decided we would paint the insides later as well. That was many years ago, LOL! You have inspired me!
Haha, thank you! I was just exhausted from all of this, so painting the insides seemed like torture. 🤣

love the colors!!!! that is just enough difference in the color that it still looks airy in a small space. i also like to paint ceiling and walls the same if there is no cove molding on the ceiling. it makes the walls look taller.

You must be tired! Wow that was a lot of work. With my old eyes it's hard to see a difference in the walls and the cabinets, but I can imagine a soft green/blue as it is my favorite colour with all the white walls in my home. The overall transformation is stunning, you do good work Christina.

It's so lovely and the mint looks perfect mixed in. Great work. I also really love the gloss white on matte white and the black accents to tie in the black stove/etc. I wouldn't have guessed that that was a spice rack, but how convenient and smart. Thank you for sharing.

Looks great! I ran across a product line called d-c-fix that makes films that can be used to cover surfaces. It's a little different than contact paper in that you can heat it with a hair dryer to bend around contoured surfaces. They also make window clings for privacy or for things like glass door showers.

I think you are a strong woman who is not afraid of hard work! What a tedious job! You did a great job....and I adore all the white! I must say that my family consisted of husband, wife, and two boys....can only imagine what all that white would have looked like after a week of fish camp! LOL I think Behr has got something with the new primer though....sounds so full of promise for those "tough" families. I can hardly wait to see your finished project!

I love this so much! I repainted my kitchen cabinets white about 16 years ago and I really need to redo again but I didn't have kids then... and I have 6 now. Not sure I will get to it. I love the subtle color difference. I may need to try that next go round.

Love the white walls and trim. Opens the space so much. I like the shade of green, River Mist, but I think I would have done all the cabinets. It seemed the upper above the fridge was green but the uppers to the left were white. Or because its so subtle maybe I overlooked the break
