Thank you for your great efforts to share this knowledge on product development cycle... Very useful information and must for all design engineers working in Automotive Industry
Hi, we have now integrated all the templates in a softwares, our apqp software not only has the apqp, but also includes MSA, SPC, Calibration, PPAP. AUDIT, action follow up and much more. Please contact us on 8857845454 for a free demo
Dear all, just have a question that how A Sample B sample C Sample and D sample connect to the 5 APQP Phase? Like A Sample should be only prototype then it should belongs to phase 2 product development. But how about BCD Samples?
the APQP process, "A Sample," "B Sample," "C Sample," and "D Sample" represent different stages of product development, with each sample progressively closer to production quality, aligning with the different phases of APQP, typically with "A Sample" being the earliest prototype in the design phase and "D Sample" representing a near-production part in the validation phase. Breakdown of Sample Types and APQP Phases: Phase 1: Plan and Define Program (A Sample): This is the initial design stage where "A Sample" would be a basic prototype used for initial feasibility testing and design verification, often with basic functionality and potentially significant design changes needed. Phase 2: Product Design and Development (B Sample): "B Sample" represents a more refined prototype with improved design features, addressing feedback from the "A Sample" testing, and closer to the intended final product characteristics. Phase 3: Process Design and Development (C Sample): "C Sample" signifies a pre-production prototype, where the manufacturing process is being optimized, and the sample is produced using near-production methods, allowing for further validation of design and process capability. Phase 4: Product and Process Validation (D Sample): "D Sample" is considered the final production-intent sample, with minimal design changes expected, used for comprehensive testing and validation to ensure the product meets all quality requirements before full production launch. Key points to remember: Progression of Quality: As you move from "A" to "D" sample, the quality and level of detail should increase, reflecting the refinement of the design and manufacturing process throughout the APQP phases. Testing and Feedback: Each sample is typically subject to rigorous testing and feedback loops to identify and address potential issues before proceeding to the next phase. Customer Involvement: Depending on the project, customer involvement in reviewing and approving samples may occur at different stages, particularly with "C" and "D" samples.

Best of all the videos available on APQP. Thanks a ton for a detailed explanation
Very good grammar sir. You have a great way of explaining and teaching things in English.
Thank you for your great efforts to share this knowledge on product development cycle...
Very useful information and must for all design engineers working in Automotive Industry
Hi amazing video. I have a question in which phase the product will completed validation testing?
Product Validation and testing is completed in the 3rd phase.
Hi, is it 3.7?
Great training...glab to here you very well discribe n explain
Very nice sir. How can i connect with u. I'm working in NPD so your videos helping me.
Thanks for your message, You can connect me on whatsapp or a call on 88578 45454,
Nice video sir, Could You Please make other core tools videos. thank you
Sure 👍
Very nice efforts to simplify the concept....Great....All the best...
Very nice video sir....this video helpfull for me thanks sir
Thanks for your feedback
Very useful video
Very nice explanation sir Thank you
Like check list
Very good video,
Could you send templates / Checklists of the tools you were talking about?
The way of summarised concept is too good .
Thanks for your kind words, this really inspires to create more videos...

Dear Sir,
In APQP
we sended 1st lot to customer in 3rd phase ,2nd ,3rd lot taken in 3rd phase or in 4th phase .
How you send APQP and PPAP documents to customer? Is there any portal to submit documents or just on mail.
Hello sir, actually I'm learning quality 5 core tools so I have basic and theory knowledge but not actually worked on it
33:05 saving!!
All elements report show sir.
